Convenient downtown location - very clean and fresh interior, spacious unit with comfortable furniture. Parking was a bit confusing and not ideal for a large vehicle, but easy enough to sort.

Apar**ent / hotel was located in a primarily residential area away from the hustle & bussle of the more touristy areas. Tons of local eateries & pubs on nearby Bank Street.
Check in & check out was different than traditional hotels, staff was quite helpful during this process. On site parking was convenient & cheaper ($20 / day) than other downtown locations.

Facial tissue and bathroom tissue very poor quality considering you claim to have high amenities for bathroom. Hand cream tube looked already used. We did have to make our own ice when we got there (not big deal). Excellent variety of lounge or working space on main level...very comfortable. So nice to have the sound machine for sleep.

Everything was great except the curtain in the bedroom didn't block out all the light at night and I found it annoying that the light and fan for the bathroom were on the same switch.

Very quiet however it was not during peek season as we stayed here in February. Staff were very nice and the room over all was good. I'm a little OCD so the cleaning could have been a little better (the dishwasher button area was not clean, the toaster and coffee machine wasn't overly clean and the baseboards behind the toilet was not clean, and the floors were probably mopped but I don't think they had been vaccumed).

Very convenient, clean and well equipped and good price point. Location was just OK, but there are other locations too and I chose this myself so that isn’t your problem.
I did not like that it was so loud, between traffic outside and the heating/air conditioning unit in the bedroom was very loud. The sheets/bedding were like paper. Very crunchy and uncomfortable.

The room was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Only thing is even though the description says parking available, it is paid. CAD 20 a day.

We enjoyed the easiness of checking in and out without dealing with the wait of seeing someone. We did everything at our pace & convenience. The room was perfect with a full kitchen & pull out sofa bed to got our entire family. The underground was easy to access and get in & out. We were close to lots of shops, restos, gas station, highway & gliebe. Highly recommend!

Really cute appar**ent and we had what we needed. Gym was excellent and you could go for jog outside and it was closed to Canal Rideau. The game room was really fun. Lots of resto and bars on Bank st and Elgin st. Will go back for sure.
