The room is not new but clean and convenient to stay. The location is very great and adjacent to a shopping mall such as AEONT and many restaurants. My father, 80 years old was happy with the hotels. I recommend this hotel for family trip.

I was totally blown away by the evening session at the onsen located at the lower level. Out of this world is the description with Indoor hot pool Outdoor hot pool Outdoor cold pool Sauna n steam room n Fireplace The onsen on the lobby level is different as it has a high tech sauna room with a hot area where you can lie down to enjoy the heat on back or front. Car park is ample and a very very short drive to the lobby drop off pick up with a shelter should it rain. A must come n try

Location was a bit of a walk from the station but near the tourist spots. I love that it's near the canal and a convenience store. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. We like the pajamas. Breakfast was awesome!

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times for past few years. Every time I went Otaru I stayed at dormy inn. The car park charges has gone from 1000 yen to 1200 and now 1400. Breakfast from 1800 gone up to 2800. . Worse now they are charging garbage charges 1500 per room. Even though the staff are still very friendly and room still very small and clean, it will probably not worth to stay anymore . I will definitely look for other alternatives
