The room heater was broken and had to get a space heater from staff. The tub did not drain, couldn't take a shower. No where on line does it tell you to check in at the other motel I mile down the road before a certain time. Nit the worst place in the world. Once we got heat. the room was comfortable and quiet. Probably would stay at their sister motel next time.

This hotel is amazing. I’m from the city. We were enjoying ourselves and we’re gonna stay another night Until the staff were very disrespectful and rude. I even had the sheriffs called on me by them because the cleaning lady/ guy and his friend heavy build was listening to my phone conversations by my door. This is very unprofessional and invasion on my privacy not to mention embarrassing when I have sheriffs telling me I’m a *********er. The sheriffs weren’t going to let me leave till I told them my name and gave them permission to search my things. They ran my name and let me go to then get followed. I don’t recommend this hotel but the view is to die for. I will be leaving and I will never come back or to the hotel related to it up the road Grandview which wanted me to walk a mile because I have no vehicle just to pay for my room and gets new card key.

We booked our trip in April for my daughters wedding, this place is out dated , the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, the toilet seat was barely attached, there was nobody available to get us toilet paper, the window unit air conditioner definitely needs a good cleaning. The decor is old and the wall paper is peeling from moisture. The microwave is a dial one that barely worked and the small refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold thankfully the freezer worked. The price is ridiculous for what this place is. There are no vending machines no way to get ice after the staff
Leaves and overall I would honestly say it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Decent, clean room. Back side of facility needs attention. Steps going up to room are extremely dangerous - old broken and shifted concrete. Other than that, it’s fine for an overnight.

Only a one night stay. The hotel was older, but well kept and comfortable. Service was excellent and friendly. Homey.

Convenient location along the St. Lawrence River. My only complaint is that there are no available electrical outlets near the beds so you can charge your phone next to a bed.
