我兩次來奧斯陸旅行，都是選擇了這家酒店。主要是這家酒店的位置比較好。但是這次辦理入住酒店時，前台服務員的態度不是很好。我們是通過攜程網提前一個月時間預訂的，預訂時就已經付款了全部費用的。辦理入住時我們也已經告知了前台服務員，但不知道為什麼？前台小姐還是要我們刷卡付款了N O K8780元才能入住。這樣我們就是重複付款費用了。希望攜程能與當地酒店多協商解決，把重複付款的酒店費用退還給我們！

位置在山頂，交通不便，去市中心的巴士站要走大約13分鐘左右，到火車站需要搭的士，奧斯陸的士貴，除此之外，酒店一大部分為新裝修，設施及日用品尚末配齊，房間甚至電話都沒有。房間算是不小，床頭櫃及桌子很小，與房間面積不相稱，衛生間很大，可惜淋浴房玻璃門設計欠佳，水仍然會浸出。優點是景觀佳，早餐好，早餐區可愛。整體服務普通，不太專業和拖拉。

The hotel general staff in the reception and cleaning very friendly and helpful. The hotels location is very beautiful, and has wonderful view. Experience at the restaurant was awful, seeing a couple of waiters, chefs treating waitresses poorly in front of guests. Even the hotel manager accepted that behavior and to top this off, food was not even worth it. Chefs made wrong food (not ours) and the waitress requested the correct food, and which turns out, she gets ********ted from several waiters and hotel / restaurant manager.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We LOVED the architecture and the design of the hotel. The food was delicious and the rooms had everything we needed. Also the place and the view from the hotel were breathtaking. We also enjoyed a massage in the spa which was very very good and our masseuse was very nice. Really the only thing that could be a bit improoved is the steam bath in the spa. It was a bit cold. Other than that also the spa aera was very beautiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Fantantic lodge : Best we have ever been too. Perfect location with view over Oslo and fjords from (breakfast) restaurant. Too much too choice from at breakfast buffet. All fresh product and best salmon ever. Hiking trail starts from hotel. Metro stop in walking distance. Great starting point either to downtown Oslo, hiking or car trips outside Olso.
