Budget Inn Oskaloosa

Last minute stay. VERY friendly! VERY clean! SIMPLE room with king bed, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, refrig with freezer on top, (I could of probably put half gal ice cream & something else in it, good size), recliner, 2 end tables with lights,& outlets, good hot water, good lighting, Good size tv with many channels to watch. There are a couple of cubbies but no dressers, hanging area but no hangers, but i didnt need any of those. had a ground floor room. Stayed 2 days. Only complaint I really had was kinda noisy, as main hwy close. But the gal was VERY accommodating, when i mentioned it, she got a fan for me & I slept Good!! Price was good! Lots of construction people staying, but she assurd that it is very safe, has cameras all around. Close to (right next to)gas/convience store, in town lots of restraunts, walmart, etc. I would definitely stay there again!! Because of the awesome service!!👍

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time ! Rooms are immaculate, well kept and clean, the owners are super friendly and work with you for anything, weekly and daily rates outcompete most larger chains that usually are not vary outgoing, there is a convenient laundry mat and store located next to the property and downtown is a short walk from the hotel, I travel most of the year for my job and will definitely stay here when in town

We stayed at the Budget Inn for four nights. I, too, am a small motel owner and know what guests look for. This Budget Inn was very clean with spacious rooms, had convenient at-door parking, and the owners were exceptionally friendly. Cable TV, excellent room amenities, fluffy towels, great hot shower with adjustable shower head, in-room microwave and small refrigerator, bathroom hair dryer, and daily room service is available as needed. Exceptional room rates! We couldn't have been happier! Thanks for the great accommodations. Highly recommended! Kevin

Stayed in town for one night to visit our daughter. Just needed a clean, no frills place to stay. The room was adequate for what we needed. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. That is all we needed.

Rooms are .ice, clean, and all furniture is updated user friendly and the wifi works good.

Nice room and pleasant stay. Definitely a no-frills room, but since all we wanted was someway to wear to stay, it was perfect for us.

A well-run motel with a surprisingly economical price.

Our room was clean and remodeled. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint would be that there was a gap all around the door (room12) and that light came in around the curtain. You can hear the noise from the traffic also.
