Great experience with this hotel and stunning with Mt. Fuji view from the balcony/window. Staffs have good service mind. There is both indoor and outdoor public bath with Mt. Fuji View. Dinner was served in-room on 9 course menu. Breakfast buffet was also great as they served numerous choice of foods including Japanese food. Hotel provided free shuttle to the train station. Overall experience was memorable and satisfied.

The hotel is located on the edge of Yamanaka Lake, with a quiet and elegant environment. It takes about ten minutes to walk along the lakeside trail at the entrance to Asahiki Station. There are buses from JR Fuji Station or Lake Kawaguchi. The boss can pick you up at the station for free. Although the style of the room is relatively simple, there is texture in the details. I am very grateful to the lady at the front desk when I checked in for being very patient in helping to check the itinerary. I had Japanese food on the second floor for dinner and it was OK. The breakfast was delicious.

Very close to the station and there are restaurants and Lawson nearby. There are both indoor and outdoor onsen (after 9pm or before 9am will have less people) for woman, and if you are tall enough then you will be able to see Fuji mountain when you are enjoying the onsen. Our room is high enough so can see the Fuji mountain directly!

Very clean villa! Very huge place can accommodate to about 8 person or a little more. They have 2 toilets, 2 showers and also a tub! 🛁 very huge place and rooms where the living room for Watch TV and kitchen is at the 2nd level! A good place to chill and relax! The kitchen equipped with the and steamboats pot, takoyaki, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cutleries to washing soap and sponge! They also provide CoffeeBean for hand grind coffee and dripped coffee… Not forgetting to mention they provide bath salts from different countries and also aroma oil too! 😇 love this place and will bring my family here the next time!

We are glad to have stayed in Fuji Matsuzono Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and there was a small table with 2 chairs that allowed us to sit around to have some late night snacks and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When I approached them at 1am for an additional pillow, they immediately attended to the request. The bath area for the onsen was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also good quality. There is also a great selection of food during breakfast. Most importantly, room was facing Mt Fuji and we managed to get a nice morning view of Mt Fuji when we woke up. The view was spectaculars and there is a nice courtyard that one can take nice photos with Mt fuji in the background. The hotel is also located in a very convenience location. Once you exit the hotel, you will see Lake Yamanakako and there were many eateries nearby, all within walking distance. As we drove, it was also convenience that Lawson and 7-11 is less than 5 min drive away. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is directly to Fuji Q Highland, you can easily drive here for an hour or two from Tokyo. The hotel offer free of charges parking. Or you can take the train to Kawaguchiko station then take Resort Express. Hotel can offer special price park ticket and also free public onsen. The room was so splendid. We have booked the room with Fuji view. We can enjoy the marvelous mountain view in every corner of the hotel. Really recommended for those who are coming to enjoy the amusement park and need the stunning Fuji view.

We took the morning flight from Hong Kong to Haneda Airport. After finishing the luggage and entry procedures, we came to the high-speed bus next to the pick-up lobby to buy tickets. Go to the bus stop from the ticket purchase center and follow the next channel. You can also take the elevator or elevator to the underground bus stop according to the instructions. The bus will arrive. When you take the bus, you will see the data board clearly. If there is any error, you will not have to take the bus directly to Kawaguchiko Station.
