A bit similar to a family hotel, the room is divided into two floors upstairs and downstairs, the downstairs has a courtyard for dining, bathing and bathing, and the upstairs is a bedroom. Great experience with this hotel and stunning with Mt. Fuji view from the balcony/window. Staffs have good service mind. There is both indoor and outdoor public bath with Mt. Fuji View. Dinner was served in-room on 9 course menu. Breakfast buffet was also great as they served numerous choice of foods including Japanese food. Hotel provided free shuttle to the train station. Overall experience was memorable and satisfied.

The boss and the proprietress are kind and welcoming, the space environment is spacious, although the house is relatively old, but the feeling of the boss and the proprietress is very clean and tidy; the breakfast dishes are slightly different every day for three days and will not be tired.

Very close to the station and there are restaurants and Lawson nearby. There are both indoor and outdoor onsen (after 9pm or before 9am will have less people) for woman, and if you are tall enough then you will be able to see Fuji mountain when you are enjoying the onsen. Our room is high enough so can see the Fuji mountain directly!

We took the morning flight from Hong Kong to Haneda Airport. After finishing the luggage and entry procedures, we came to the high-speed bus next to the pick-up lobby to buy tickets. It was simple and convenient. It just picked up the first bus and went directly to Kawaguchiko. Before the bus departed, there was still time to have breakfast and wash. Go to the bus stop from the ticket purchase center and follow the next channel. You can also take the elevator or elevator to the underground bus stop according to the instructions. The bus will arrive. When you take the bus, you will see the data board clearly. If there is any error, you will not have to take the bus directly to Kawaguchiko Station. Come to Kawaguchiko, go to the end on the left hand side, see the tourist information, is the waiting station, all hotel buses are here to pick up guests, bus schedules are found on the hotel website; this station does not need to be reserved very convenient. The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. Walk along the main road, one end to the center of Shanghai, there are restaurants and supermarkets, the other end to the lake and the pool on the park, you can also see Mount Fuji at different angles, cross the road directly in front of the intersection and go straight to the section of the green line tour bus, walk slowly and reach Baqishan Park, Summer has a scent of lavender, autumn has red leaves, as well as art galleries, garden coffee seats, etc. The parkland is full of green grass like a hilly land, children and hairy children can run up and down, couples and elders sit on long fins to watch the sunset, lake view birds, freehand! The hotel is directly to Fuji Q Highland, you can easily drive here for an hour or two from Tokyo. The hotel offer free of charges parking. Or you can take the train to Kawaguchiko station then take Resort Express. Hotel can offer special price park ticket and also free public onsen. The room was so splendid. We have booked the room with Fuji view. We can enjoy the marvelous mountain view in every corner of the hotel. Really recommended for those who are coming to enjoy the amusement park and need the stunning Fuji view.

We are glad to have stayed in Fuji Matsuzono Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and there was a small table with 2 chairs that allowed us to sit around to have some late night snacks and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When I approached them at 1am for an additional pillow, they immediately attended to the request. The bath area for the onsen was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also good quality. There is also a great selection of food during breakfast. Most importantly, room was facing Mt Fuji and we managed to get a nice morning view of Mt Fuji when we woke up. The view was spectaculars and there is a nice courtyard that one can take nice photos with Mt fuji in the background. The hotel is also located in a very convenience location. Once you exit the hotel, you will see Lake Yamanakako and there were many eateries nearby, all within walking distance. As we drove, it was also convenience that Lawson and 7-11 is less than 5 min drive away. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel itself is small 々 old, but it is very convenient with hot springs and taverns. It was Mt. Fuji view, so the view was good. The explanation was also attached to the dressing room in the room and the hot spring, but I don't see it. And please prepare not only English but also Spanish and French. Foreigners want to check the hot spring rules. Let's enjoy the hot springs! Open-air bath, wide and comfortable! Also, the color of the indoor clothes is thin, so the underwear is clear, and eventually I went every time in my clothes. I want you to be a little darker.

Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.
