到着してチェックイン。ここは無人のホテル。予約番号を入力⇒予約ありません。何度試しても同じ回答。電話で問い合わせ⇒相手はロボット。解決せず。ダメか？と思ったところへ掃除のスタッフ。トラブルを話すと、なにやらこちらの持ってる予約番号と違う番号をもってきて、これで試してみてくださいとの事。やってみたら、チェックインできた。チェックインしたら、もう最高かよ。って感じ、部屋はバカ広いし、綺麗だし、バスとトイレは別々。テレビはカベ一面のプロジェクター。とても近代的なホテルでした。

This hotel is really great! Balcony view, washer, small kitchen, fridge and microwave. Even if you skip the cleaning day, they leave you a bag of supplies for replenishment. You have to bring utensils, plates if you need it. No front desk person. They have emailed, asks for information and no reply at all. But overall, it’s a good place to stay. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved the tech-forward features in this room, and were impressed by the amount of amenities (separate shower/toilet, essentially a full kitchen), as well as the dedication of the team working at the location.

We lost a bag full of important stuff at a Starbucks but no one even touched it after hours it didn’t even move which is great it’s crazy because in America if it was even 30 minutes it’s gone.

It is surrounded by office buildings located few streets away from the main road (subway station), peaceful quiet, clean and convenient.
Have daily clean up and replenishing full sets of room amenities.
The odd thing is they don't provide cookery and tableware though there is microwave and electric stove.

We loved that the room we stayed in was spacious for three guests and the room was cleaned everyday. Easy check in and check out. We would choose to stay here in again when we visit Osaka.

It is an intelligent building, new and good experience. Clean areas, nice facilities, and the room was serviced. A little issue doing the chech-in because the machine did not recognize the reception number and # number.
