Nest Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi

Bem, o serviço e a localização são ótimos, mas o hotel cheira muito mal (cheiro de cigarro muito, muito forte). eu tenho um quarto para não fumantes. Além disso, você precisa deixar as chaves toda vez que sair do hotel. é muito chato. Tive que me mudar para outro hotel. O suporte do trip.com foi inacreditavelmente ótimo e resolveu minha situação. The hotel is near subway train station where it helps convenient in travel. There is no JR station nearby, therefore, need to travel to other station for JR trains. The hotel room is clean, but the room is small for two people to move at the same time. The queen sized bed is big enough for two. It is not much of the concern on the room space as I have expected a small room space 13 sq m during booking. The hotel uses central air con to manage the room temperature. It was early spring with temperature 12 to 20c. The hotel air con was running heater. The room was too warm for us to sleep at night that we have opened window to cool the room. We needed to bear the outside noise after opening the window. We have feedback the heater issue to the front desk but they were unable to help. The front desk has suggested us to rent a fan with fee or open the window. The air con(heater) has really disappointed us for our stay at Nest Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi.

Right beside metro and nearby tourist area. Few negative points: - rooms are tiny (but with all needed amenities) - noise isolation isn't that great. You can't hear the neighbors, but you can hear ambulance and racing bikes/cars - house cleaning staff is so so. 1st day no water, 2nd day 2 bottles of water and 3rd day no water. They didn't clean the glasses and left the hair dryer on the floor.

If you bring one small luggage for your travel and stay in this room, it’s fine. The room is not big to fit two large luggages. I brought mine only one and somehow it was too tight for me when I needed to prepare my stuffs back home. Overall, good location to travel around. Plus, it’s near Lawson to buy things to eat at night.

The location is perfect, it's next to the subway station and near Shopping Street but the room is tiny. The breakfast service is unavailable.

the glass is dirty. the room is too small to open my luggage. there was trash while i entered the room on the first day

Hotel is at excellent location, walking distant to popular place for shopping and dining. Restaurant is not open due to renovation, and rate is not inclusive of breakfast. It problem is the 11:00 check out time. Everyone rush to check out around 11 and too busy.
