Amazing location, amazing space, value for money. Only negative thing is, they don’t vacuum the carpet in the room.

A modern hotel located at the business area. It is near to the Hommachi station and walking distance to happening places such as Dotonbouri and Shinsaibashi. The hotel is new with comfortable room size for 2 persons. The bathroom and the toilet are separated, which is good but there isn’t any place to hang your towel and clothes in the bathroom. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay here.

Hotel Review - Osaka Excel Hotel Tokyu
Location - 9/10: The hotel is conveniently located just around a 6-7 minute walk from the Hammachi station and within walking distance to Shinsabashi.
Room - 9/10: The rooms are spacious compared to the standard in Osaka. The toilet and bedroom are separated, following the typical Japanese hotel layout.
Decorations - 10/10: The decorations in both the rooms and the lobby are very new and modern.
Breakfast - 9/10: The hotel offers a variety of food selections for breakfast, and most importantly, the taste of the food is fantastic.
Service - 9/10: The staff offers great service, although some of them may face language barriers.
Value - 9/10: The hotel provides excellent value in terms of room size, location, and service.

This hotel is situated in a very central location. U can literally walk to Namba, Shinsaibashi shopping belt is just opposite. Dotombori is also at the end of shinsaibashi. Very convenient!. Would definitely come back

The location is ideal, the staff is very average in terms of helpfulness (staff was unable to assist with finding us a car large enough to transfer to the airport with 4 check-in bags + 2 carry ons, we had to manage), cleanliness is what you would expect from ANY hotel (nothing above the ordinary), I can’t think of any cool perks or amenities to speak to. Overall the “worst” part of our stay was the hotel - 3.0 out of 5.0 …
