Kuromon Crystal Hotel

反正就是很不開心的一次經歷。 之前看大家説有點臟，我還沒有在乎，以為是別人太計較。 然後這次在浴室的角落位置，被臉盆跟小板凳擋住的地方，有一條上個客人留下的內褲。 我是第二天，第三天開始要求打掃的，因為每天都是9點才回，非常累了，也沒想使用臉盆和小板凳，所以一直沒看見。 我媽第三天洗澡時發現了，説有塊黑色的布在那裡。我在外面，我以為他看到的是服務員清潔時深色抹布遺留了下來。也沒有過去檢查。 到了第四天，我洗澡的時候，想用小板凳了，仔細一看，那是有蕾絲花邊的深藍色內褲。 頓時一陣噁心。但是因為正在洗澡，所以也要把澡洗完，吹好頭才下去投訴。 電源衹會日文和英文，我表達了非常生氣，他説幫我升房間，但是要到另外的樓層，而且已經10點換上睡衣要睡覺了。就沒有換。並且告訴我第二天晚上9:00會有會説中文的前台，也不想和他一直糾纏，就走了。 第二天晚上玩好9點多，回去碰到了會説中文的和他抱怨。他又是想送東西，又是換房間，但是我覺得這個太噁心了，我不接受。 而且我衹有一個晚上了，也不高興換房間，況且打掃的這麼粗糙，哪個房間又有什麼關係呢？ 兩個前台在那裡嘀嘀咕咕，日文溝通，假惺惺的説從來沒有碰到過。不知道該如何處理？我説要求房費打折，大概700訂的房間，這個服務衹值一半的價錢，我要對摺的房費，不同意。 然後我就投訴平台了，但是平台告訴我他們不認賬了。説這個是第四天才發現的，沒有辦法查證了。平台想給我200塊錢又説350多塊錢。我現在倒也不介意錢了，我覺得有一種中國人在日本得到的很差勁的服務。我衹希望他們能夠給我們正式的道歉。 拍個視頻，鞠個躬。

it was ok but the carpet had a stain inspite of being dark in color, one can see the stain. I just wish it is not blood. it made me shorten my stay. the room structure is also not what I expected. the location is perfect for me.

Location: very near to the metro and a supermarket inside Kuromon Market. You can get most of the groceries including fresh sushi there. Service: superb, the staffs are friendly and polite. My fridge in my room spoiled at 12 am and the staff replaced it with a new one after 20 minutes! Amenities: the hotel provides most of amenities except body cream, but you can get it from *****tore nearby. Love their hair dryer and showerhead 🤩 Price: Most of the affordable I could find in that area! Summary: will definitely come back here if I am in Osaka

The room amenities are nice but you have to bring the adapter if your electric equipment has the round type. The hotel only provided 2 bottles of water when we check in even though I stayed for 3 nights. No cleaning service in between nights. The window above the bed is small and has light shine on your face in the morning, if you are bothered by that you have to bring eye cover. The location is very convenient very close to the market.

Enjoyed the stay at Kuromon crystal hotel. Stayed for a little off 7 days, even though we didnt request for any room cleaning service, the staff were very accommodating and professional. The location was just perfect where we were 2 mins away from kuromon market and shopping streets. 👍🏼 definitely worth the money

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, from arranging transportation to recommending local hidden gems. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, I highly recommend Kuromon Crystal Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to return on my next trip. Clean room and good location. It was easy to eat near to market and To shop dotonbori and namba.
