I rented the room because it said it had a pool table, but didn't, no stage where I thought it'd have entertainment, included breakfasts for 2 days I got a spot of oj and a coffee all that was left last day. Didn't even have a coffee pot in room or hairdryer but there was a holder for it. Had roaches. Ceiling leaked when I turned on shower. Stingy AF with towels. No phone. WiFi ****** so bad couldn't watch any movie straight thru. Horrible experience Then to realize I spent an extra$20 to book this shitty ass place from this site!.

The door of the room had one inch gaps on the bottom.The carpet was ugly dirty with stains. The smell was moldy-musty.The refrigerator sounded like a air compressor.The restaurant and bar was closed and not open like advertised.There was no person there when we went down to check out at 8:00 AM. The free breakfast could not happen without a functional kitchen. All and all it was a sorry trip because of the place we stayed.

No service!! No soap in room!! No privacy!! Drapes barely cover windows!! When air conditioners fan is on the fan blows drapes up and allows for privacy to be affected!! No clock in room!! No phone in room!! Door handle comes off of door and has to be placed on again it just slips off and on. Filthy old carpet!! Shower doesn’t work correctly water comes

Full spray. Door threshold is dangerous to elders and I tripped 2 times over step to get into room!! Staff rude and unfriendly!! No continental breakfast to speak of !! Only cold cereal!! That’s for kids!! Travelers are mostly adults. Dry toast only no butter only had jelly for

The time and Tv time was off by 3 hours and housekeepers didn’t bother to correct time !! No electrical receptical

i stayed for one night and the room while reserved as a non smoking had a smell of stale smoke ,ac was noisey , poor lightingbathroom dirty and bed poorly made and pillows that were flat like pancakes when rested on!! Poll was ok and no one at the desk when checking out!! never again

Roaches everywhere. Smelt like cigarettes. Didn’t even want my stuff in the room. For almost $70 I expected atleast no bugs.

The staff was not friendly. The room was not clean. We had to sleep in our clothes. No bar, no restaurant. The pictures online were not recent at all. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the worst place I ever stayed. This place had low lifes hanging out all times of night.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The room smells terrible. There is black mold all over the bathroom and around the door. The sink is broken. It looks like someone spilled a drink all down the wall that was never cleaned up. There is a hole in the wall where the table was pushed into the wall. The air conditioner is not cooling. Sleeping in the car would have been a better option.

Placed an online reservation through travel city for a two bedroom, got to the hotel and had one bedroom no cover on the bed. We had three people in our room had to sleep on the floor if I could give this place a zero rating I would
