酒店比較新，設施維護不錯，人員服務不好不壞，有裝修的味道，很影響我心情，至於影響健康與否，我沒辦法確定。早上的時候有個工作人員在我掛牌免打擾時，突然闖入，往衞生間放了紙巾，出衞生間和我們對視，才意識到打招呼，説了聲對不起，是自己走錯房間了，幸好我們穿着衣服，也沒幹什麼有趣的事情。

Terceira vez que ficamos no hotel e dessa vez deixou a desejar. Café da manhã faltava itens, limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, a banheira do quarto que ficamos estava com problema. Optamos por esse hotel pela localização.

Hotel novo com quarto confortável. Café da manhã terrível, comparado a outros hotéis de Orlando. Arrumação do quarto péssima. Apenas puxavam a colcha sem sequer esticar os lençóis. Nunca vi nada parecido. Certamente não voltarei.

Clean rooms. Great service. Hot breakfast included and free parking. No hidden fees. I was very impressed!

The housekeeping was terrible. I had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned. In 15 nights our room was only cleaned 3 times and that was only because I kept asking. It should have been done every other day. The bed was only changed twice. The reception staff were lovely and every time I complained they would give me the clean towels, toilet rolls, soap etc.. what we needed. I had to bag up the rubbish myself as the bins weren’t emptied and put the dirty towels outside the door. Breakfast wasn’t very good quality. The coffee was awful. Air conditioning was very loud in the room. Our room was by an exit door which people would just bang shut late at night and early in the morning. I asked the receptionist to put a sign on the door to ask if people could close the door gently which made it a bit better. The location was good but wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was in a great location. It was close to both Disney World and Universal with the main highway right there. There was also the outlet stores, Target, and plenty of food options within walking distance which made it nice to walk bs drive to dinner. That area is also very busy (as most of Florida’s bigger cities are) so the ability to get to things quickly really helped our stay. The hotel itself was nice, clean, helpful staff. They sold park tickets there and had a heated pool. The room was big enough to hold 6 (two adults, 4 kids) and had a full fridge and freezer.
