Moveis caindo aos pedaços , baratas por todo lado, iluminação que parece necrotério, hóspedes deixam seus pets nos apartamentos fazendo barulho, o café cheirava barata, acho que tem um ninho dentro da máquina, faltou equipamento de copa.

We could not sleep at this place it was so discussing. The carpet was dirty with a foul smell from the hallways into your room. There we’re holes in the walls of the room. The bathroom was dirty. Nevertheless the reason why I decided not to even stay one night here is because the run down property it’s full of roaches. They are everywhere, halls, elevators, rooms, just everywhere.

First room was a non-smoking room and it smelt like cigarettes. My girlfriend is allergic to the smell of smoke. Roaches and bedbugs were found in our room as well.

dirty rude people, bugs, the table in the kitchen area broken had dry wall work in my room and my clothes had dry wall dust and dirt on them no one said the work was going to be done. on my way in one night i asked for a towel i was told no i had to bring the dirty one first because if i could i would steel theres

I booked a Queen and got a full. The mattress was also just broken springs sticking up. I called front desk and told her I wasn’t staying.

Absolutely horrible staff disgusting room blood all over the mattress couldn't use one of theneds ! The bathtub faucet flew off the wall and hit my kid! No television/ cable. The website says there is a dvd player and there is not! I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay in amy of the room. The staff said they would move us to another room and that never happened not even a phone call or a knock on the door from management!

We Left!!
Slumlord Blackstone Capital Group owns this Extended Stay America hotel chain Along with Starwood Capital Group…Worst place I have ever stayed … I should have known because it was only $126 for one night … It actually needed to be gutted or possibly torn down. Blackstone Capital Group may have $1 trillion in other peoples money to invest but they are using this place as a write off. Starwood Capital funds complete the take-private of Extended Stay America, a leading owner and operator of economy extended-stay hotels, in a 50/50 JV for an aggregate purchase price of $6.3B Pathetic!

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! There were roaches everywhere. Our room smelled horrible and was so dirty. We left early because of the bugs we found in our sheets!!! Save your money and do not stay here!

My husband and i ended up cutting our stay 1 night. The hotel was disgusting, trash from the previous guest, the shower was filthy and there was roaches everywhere! Never again will i stay with this chain of hotels.
