Hotel pool was closed for repair, checking in took almost an hour. Could not sleep due to guest yelling and swearing after 11 pm had to call security to get them to stop. Breakfast was 60 $ for 2 people when it was advertised for 19$ a person. Could not get a seat by the water park way over crowded. Had to ask maintenance for toilet paper and find a maid for towels. Hotel fees were double what was advertised. Very upset may never use this app again

Numerous code violations, to include hotel elevator expired certification. Once got to hotel amount I paid doubled due to resort fees and parking. Resort features like big pool were all closed down

Very disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of this resort. We found hair in our food the first day, smeared boogers on the bathroom doors in the lobby and had to ask for our trash to be taken. We weren’t given enough linens, ran out of toilet paper etc etc. The staff was either very friendly or very rude, making it uncomfortable to ask for assistance. I.e linens, toilet paper etc. we will not return

Very expensive and overpriced. Disappointed in the resort fees added on. Not worth paying for “resort fee” as I’m a senior citizen and did not use the water park. Parking should be free for guests. Breakfast buffet was same everyday and extremely overpriced. I needed to complain to the manager as my room was not cleaned for two days. Garbage was not taken out each day and used towels not replaced daily. Would not stay at this location again. Was charged extra for early check-in. 5 day stay cost me over 1500.00.

I liked everything about this property except the check in procedure. It was extremely slow and there were only 2 people working! Everything else was delightful - the water park, the large rooms, 3 tvs! Would have liked to have a box of tissues!

Good for the price, staff was friendly but clueless when it came to updates regarding the facility waterpark being closed. Call in advance. A**osphere around kids pool area was great- but over by the “quiet side” nothing was open so walking to get anything became a trek. Paying for parking is silly- we ubered everywhere from here in feb 2024 and not one ride was more than 20 bucks except the airport which was $28. Great location thats for sure.
