前台人員一個月內反覆更改規則，一個月前説住滿28天要調換房間。我調了，一個月後又説住滿28天要離開酒店7天才能再次入住。並在當天沒有通知、取消預訂。態度蠻橫無理。**經理死腦筋不會變通。一個好酒店被這羣管理搞得烏煙瘴氣。再不會來這家。旁邊的cypress point前台委內瑞拉的經理頭腦靈活，特殊事情特殊辦理，強烈推薦！

Super recomendo o apartamento tem tudo o que você pode imaginar que vai precisar, o conforto é excelente, roupas de cama de ótima qualidade, a única coisa que eu acredito que seria um ponto de melhora seria mais um dia de limpeza durante a estada, ficamos 7 dias e só houve um dia de limpeza ( muito bem feita), mas poderia ter sido melhor 2 dias de limpeza.
Quanto as comodidades a localização é muito boa mesmo,fica em uma rua super aconchegante e mais mesmo tempo dá para ir a pé para um complexo de comércio que quem praticamente de tudo, pizza Hut, KFC e até Wallgreens!!!

The outdoor /pool was very nice and clean. The interior of the room could have been a bit cleaner, the carpet should be removed and replaced with hard flooring.

This suite worked for us and had everything we needed. Kitchen was perfect for cooking small meals and everything was in working order. Bathroom was gorgeous and the bathtub made the whole room worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Over all I am pleased with my stay. The room and property was clean and well maintained. All staff we encountered were great, the snack bar/ mini store was a nice addition so didn’t have to leave the grounds for those forgotten odds and ends. Hot tubs and pools are amazing our first night one of the hot tubs had no heat. Another guest made a call to front desk and maintenance had it back up in a few hours.
My only grip would be the high pressure no pressure time share sale. I declined the invite to the sales pitch during check-in but still was called on my cell phone and room phone each day one day a few times. That was extremely disrespectful since one of the days was a day we wanted to sleep in and got a “wake up call” to invite us yet again. I guess next time I will be unplugging the phone and block the hotels number on my cell phone so we are not disturbed again.. That being really my only negative experience I will stay here again.

Our room and space was really clean, nicely decorated, and stocked well with cookware, dishes, etc. we loved the hot tub and heated pools. It was easy and inexpensive to get transportation to and from our property. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The property decor is a bit dated, not modern looking, but honestly it was very clean and comfortable. More updated shower, and all the amenities we could need. It was truly a comfortable stay. The staff was excellent. We used the pool and jacuzzi, which was really nice. The pool was heated and warm, especially for February. The Jacuzzi was a great end to a long day at the parks. There were a lot of other amenities we didn’t use, like the mini golf, morning aerobics class, market and pizzeria. I especially loved that parking was free!
I would definitely recommend staying here and will be returning. We frequently visit Disney and everything was super close!

Room cleaning service was terrible. You have to stay at least 5 nights to have the right for the room to be cleaned once. Otherwise you would need to pay $26 for cleaning the room. Something they did not disclose upfront at the check in time
There were roaches in the room
The cleaning personnel made a very loud noise when dragging the cleaning carts in the common hallways, starting early in the morning. Nor worth it to have the Hilton brand associated with!!
