Enclave Hotel & Suites Orlando, a StaySky Hotel & Resort

Séjour très agréable, personnel à la réception tres professionnel et veillant à ce que notre séjour se passe bien. Le plus décevant par rapport à cette expérience fut dûe aux erreurs qui avaient été commises par Trip.com sur notre réservation, notamment sur le nombre de nuits réservées par la plateforme 1 au lieu de 4 (comme mentionné sur le coucher de reservation). Cependant nous avons eu le plaisir de pouvoir échanger avec le personnel de l'hôtel qui à été compréhensif et nous à trouvé une solution alors que le service client Trip.com n'étaient pas en mesure de nous apporter une solution.

Old rundown Hotel. Booked Breakfast but this is not available !!

Room is seriously outdated. The beds are not comfortable. The condo furniture looks like the original furniture from 1990. I would never stay here again.

The property is ancient, and the hallways and elevators are very stinky. they charged us an extra $400 for no reason and they did not even send a bill or pick up our calls.

I didn't get the property that I booked, back in the first week of February! I called them each week 3 weeks before our trip and was assured that we had the room at Enclave Hotel and Suites. I was told each time I called that we had the room we booked. Our flight was delayed on 4/16/22 for 2 hours. So I called Enclave Hotel and Suites from the airport to let them know we were going to be 2 hours later for check in. At that point they told me we did not have a room! Had I not called we would have shown up with not knowing anything about this. Then they said we put you at another hotel. I didn't get this information until i called them. They gave us no choose to where we might be able to stay. This was not fair when I paid for this vacation 2 1/2 months in advance! The other very sad part of this was I had other family members staying at that same location, and was not able to stay and be with them. Very, Very, sad to say the least. I called and begged Enclave and ******* to help. Most of this was pointing a finger at each other. They said because we use a Third party, which was ******* that we cannot help you! I have pick this location many times for family events and getting together. But could not stay with them, and have a family vacation together. Also not knowing this until I called Enclave 4/16/22 from the airport, gave us a ton of anxiety not to be able to stay with family our this resort! And why were not notified about this? The lack to tell us was very unacceptable!
