I've stayed at this hotel before. The staff has always been kind, responsive and the breakfast is fine especially if traveling with family. Plus, it's very conveniently located. That said, I realize that Hampton Inn is more of a budget hotel in the Hilton line, but as a Hilton hotel I just still expect it to be a bit cleaner. The beds were nicely made, but the rug didn't appear to have been vacuumed or at least not vacuumed well. The bathroom was NOT ok. There was a lot of hair, long ones wrapped around the shampoo/conditioner dispensers and ***** here in the tub and floors. Very gross. The sink stopper was stuck in the drain. Therefore, it was difficult to use sink since water would not drain properly. I would like to see them do better.

Stayed here due to its proximity to UCF. Very easy check in. Bathroom was clean and room was stocked as expected.
The room otherwise wasn’t in condition I expect from Hilton properties. There was a very powerful smell such as from a recent paint job or cleaner. The carpet squares used in the room were laid in a very sloppy manner.
Also please pay attention to your vending machines. If your little market place isn’t going to carry many beverages then can you at least make sure the vending options work? The first floor was sold out of everything. The second floor was not taking cards and I didn’t have any small bills to use cash.

Awesome place to stay at stayed for two weeks with my wife on our honeymoon staff are very friendly and cleanliness is a plus convenient especially with the restaurants on Universal Blvd… Will definitely stay there again!!!!
