The problem I had was there was construction going on and I was awaken at 7:00am by the sound of hammers and pounding. This continued all day. So my sleep was interrupted. The Airconditioning went out in my unit rm 522 on the hottest day. It was 94 degrees outside, my room was 80 degrees and I had to move to rm 602. The breakfasts served were nothing like the advertisement pictures. No bacon only sausage patties. Waffles were good and other amenities. The rooms were nicely laid out and comfortable aside from the Airconditioning. Showers lacked bodywash and shampoo, but there were plenty of towels and the bathroom lighting was good. Overall it was ok because I could use the microwave and stove to cook my own meals. Housekeeping staff were on the job.

The check in process was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early. Airport shuttle was convenient; shuttle was 24 hours. Lobby area was modern and updated. The rooms unfortunately looked old and dated. Bathrooms were very old and in need of updates. Rusted finishes, wallpaper bubbling, floor tiles broken, towels old.

The property is okay. Disappointed there are no ice machines. There is an ice maker in the freezer but it makes just a few ice cubes.

Beware the free airport shuttle communication between the front desk and the actual driver. We were told they had shuttles every 1/2 hour starting on the hour that fit 11 over the phone. At one point I was told I could reserve a spot at 8am the day I could check-in. When I called that morning they said I couldn’t reserve until physical check-in but don’t worry, we’d get our time. When I did that, the shuttle had 12 people with our party in total. They said they would be fine, even after I questioned them on the number. The next morning, the shuttle driver had to bring one of our party a shuttle trip after ours because they only had room for 11 people. The driver was great, this is a front desk issue that needs to be resolved.

The room was impeccable!! It was gorgeous in design, extremely clean, cozy, comfortable and in a great area! Everything I needed was within distance! The staff was also super helpful, professional and friendly!

The shuttle service was good; it arrived about 15 minutes after we rang from the airport.
The room was a good size and shape. The king sized bed was comfortable. The only problem was the sofa bed: the mattress was terrible. My daughter ended up sleeping on top of the sofa instead of pulling out the bed.
