Hilton Garden Inn Orlando I-4 Millenia Blvd Mall

Absolutely worse experience at this hotel. Please stay away if you can. The hotel fraudulently charged my cc and when I brought it to their attention, after I checked out, they removed the charges but then charged me for a stained towel. The in room coffee maker burned my hand and I used a towel on my hand and to clean the spilled coffee. Hotel manger advised me that I destroyed there towel and I should’ve called housekeeping first. Wasn’t at all concerned about the malfunction machine or my wellbeing. I emailed the general manager and he didn’t even bother to respond. I guess if they couldn’t get my money one way, they were going to get it another way. Check your bills.

It was a beautiful new hotel. Everyone was friendly. All amenities were very nice. The only downfall was there is no breakfast included, and you had to pay to park. We had a very clean room. And it was decorated very well. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice.

Stayed one night while on a business trip in the area. The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are standard Garden Inn, but new. Not sure about the colour and lighting in the common areas: everything looks very bright, too bright, especially at night. Service is what passes for average these days, but I found it unfair that they charge $15 for parking in a middle of a deserted area. The worst aspect is breakfast. The $20 buffet is really sad, very depressing even for Garden Inn standards. There is a limited a-la-carte menu, but you HiltonHonors F&B credit won't get you even a yoghurt and granola. Personally, a very annoying aspect is that they block the option of selecting the input on the TV and, therefore, connect your laptop to the screen via HDMI. Unless you disconnect their system, that is. In 2024 I find this limitations to the customer's choices to be unreasonable and useless. So, all in all, my experience was fairly poor, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Walked into the hotel and wow! Everything was so new. Walked into reception at 6pm and check-in was smooth because there wasn’t anyone at all, only the receptionist and me. The thing that frustrated me was the hotel charged for parking. This hotel wasn’t right downtown or anything and there were so many parking space available. It’s one of the reason why I gave this a 3 star. I stayed in a King room and the room was brand new as the hotel only opened 5 days ago. The layout of the room was standard Hilton Garden Inn. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, on the second day they called me and said that electricity will be out for half an hour, one of the downside of staying in brand new hotels. Service wise, there was a note in bathroom saying that they will come and make the room every other day. I thought they would come and make the room on the second day but they didn’t. I didn’t mind that as they gave me lots of towels and there was only me, so not that messy.

Brand new hotel so some confusion is expected. Perhaps in a few months, this staff will be up to speed. The color scheme is atrocious, lime green and fuchsia. This suburban location charges $15 for parking. Don’t expect anything for a diamond member but they will give you water if you request it.
