Service by the staff was really good but the condition of the room, bathroom and the pool area was not the best.

Very nice property in need of a few renos- the deck has spots that feel a little rotten, our room deadbolt was broken off. Odd check in hour at 4 pm given that the same checkout as other places at 11 am

It felt like a hotel that used to be luxurious but wasn’t taken care of and is now just pretty average. The fire place and the balcony in the room were nice, but everything felt kind of old and dirty. The spa was also not in great condition.

Quiet, relaxing. Enjoyed water sports,ie: canoeing, kayaking, paddle boat.
A short ride to Magog for good restaurants, etc.

The room has bugs and the towels were dirty. They charged a fee and after asking the reason they gave us money back. We are not happy with the service . We paid a lot of money for a poor service.

The staff was not very welcoming. Our room was pretty old and the toilet was broken. The spa was not well maintained. The only good part was the area around. Overall pretty disappointed of my stay at Manoir des sables

Breakfast buffet was great. Food was good. Exterior pool was good. But cleanliness there…there are weird smells everywhere, the hotel has carpet flooring that has stains everywhere, the indoor pool and bathrooms are really dirty and made me feel uncomfortable. You can just tell no one makes the effort to actually clean the place because there was dirt and orange stains around the toilets and the indoor pools and hot tubs did NOT look clean. I will not go back because of the lack of cleanliness, beds in the room were old and you can hear the springs, and yes it’s probably an old building but it is time to update!!!!
