Food - excellent restaurants. Buffet was good, not great, but plenty of options.
Service - hit or miss. Had a few excellent bartenders and servers, but a few other experiences with people just being unfriendly/rude.
Grounds - we got put on the far end where there is no beach so you have to walk or shuttle everywhere. Shuttle was inconsistent, sometimes took 30 seconds and sometimes never showed up.
Towel game is frustrating. You get one per person in your room and have to walk to the towel hut to exchange for a fresh one. Hours are limited for that and felt like a criminal asking for a new towel if we forgot one in our room or wanted to get a new one for the morning but still wanted on for that evening.
Divi Divi was much nicer than Tamarijn side, wish we would have been there instead of having to shuttle. We prefer walking but it's a pretty good hike from one side to another.
Hated that people seemed to smoke anywhere and everywhere (not sure what rules were but definitely hard to have people smoking right at the bar where you're trying to eat or drink).
So many kids and parties while we were there...not sure if that is the norm.
Can be tricky to get reservations at dinner. Make sure you check early or check back if people cancel.
Not much for entertainment or activities. Music for a few hours at the pool in the afternoon otherwise it's just quiet. Pools close pretty early and bar first opens at 11am.
Overall it was okay. Will we go back? No.

My husband and I had a great time at the resort. All the staff was very nice and accommodating. The food at both buffet stations was delicious and with lota of options, and the food at the a la carte restaurants was OUTSTANDING! Very easy to make reservations, if you download their app. In the app you can also find yhe schedule for the weekly activities. Having the beach literally a few steps from your bedroom is just the best. I highly recommend it!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout the facility. The ala carte restaurants were all quite good and the Tamarijn app made making reservations very easy. Overall a great resort.

Our room service staff were excellent. They cleaned thoroughly and supplied what we needed.
The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating.
The gift shops staff were very helpful..
The negative: the towel area, when replacing for clean towels. The location could be in several areas. Although there were water stations, bottled water could be available in rooms and dining areas.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, specifically at Paparazzi. The view from the room balcony was beautiful. You get a sunset view every night. I booked a room with a king bed but upon check in, I was given two queens beds. My bathroom had tiny ants and the shower doors didn't always stay closed. the wait time for a cab was between 20-30 minutes.

Beautiful location, rooms are very clean and the dining options are excellent. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful, although we had problems checking in i.e., they wanted to put us in a room that we did not book nor would they clearly explain why they were doling so. After much discussion, we finally received the room that we booked.
The areas around the facility seem to be in a constant state of repair. Closed walkways make going to and from your room a bit of a challenge.
All in all, a wonderful vacation destination and we plan on coming back!

ALL INCLUSIVE? NOT REALLY, BEACH BAR WHICH IS PART OF TAMARIJN NOT INCLUDED IN DINING OPTIONS. FORGET ABOUT DINING AT THEIR FINE DINING RESTAURANTS. EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GET A RESERVATION. NOT THEIR FAULT OF COURSE, MOTHER NATURE, BUT THERE IS NO BEACH. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY WERE RENOVATING BOARDWALK, SO A BIT NOISY, BUT NOT A PROBLEM.
