"Very cozy suite with a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and offered a glass of Prosecco....our bags were dropped at our suite by a polite and friendly your man. Our meals at The restuarant were delicious and the servers were wonderful. I also had a very relaxing 80 minute massage with NIkki. Great weekend! We are looking forward to visiting the Inn again!"

"Love abounds here. One cannot say enough good things about this place and the owners. We recently had a wedding there (6/26), and everything was handled with great care and genuine concern, especially for the Bride-to-Be. (Lady of the Manor!) Chanel goes above and beyond, making sure every little detail is exactly right and a blessing for all. We were treated as family, and we now feel like family. There are certain people whose love just cannot be hidden or faked. Her love for those she works with, from the bride and groom to the various vendors, is a beautiful thing. Heart of gold. Jim does a wonderful job of making sure every detail is top-notch for a rocking good time on the dance floor. He kept things fun and engaging. I know he was doing lots of other things behind the scenes to make the day a success. It did not go unnoticed. These two are a special pair. You WILL feel the love. If you are considering this place as a venue for your event, I highly recommend it. Keep doing what you guys do. The world needs more people like you."

"Our family adores The Inn at Willow Grove and have been many times over the last few years. We've been lucky to stay in their cottages, inside the main building, and also in the newer buildings on the edge of the property, down the hill. These are the largest rooms and great for families. All have cozy beds, wonderful sheets, sumptuous towels, and most, if not all, have fireplaces, which are a beautiful, extra touch for chilly nights and mornings. Everything is super luxurious. Also, wait until you get their fresh pressed coffee and warm beignets each morning--delivered right to your door! Lastly, don't miss their "Vintage Restaurant & Bar." Kelsey serves the best drinks, the staff is so friendly, and the food is amazing. We always look forward to coming back! "

"My husband and I spent Valentines Day weekend at Mayhurst, and it was a lovely experience! We stayed in the Lincoln suite, which has its own living area and a reading nook, in addition to the bedroom. We enjoyed reading and talking by the fireplace. You could hear the classical music played in the entryway, which made it feel elegant and felt like we wouldn't be heard as easily. Breakfasts were delicious and served in the elegant dining area. Casey was very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they care very much about hospitality. There was still snow on the ground, so we didn't get to see as much of the property, but the house and grounds are beautiful. The architecture and decor were classic and beautiful. There are several nice restaurants nearby, and we visited Montpelier, the home of James Madison. I highly recommend staying at Mayhurst."

"This is an old historic Inn in an old historic town near James Madison's home. Canel and her husband made us feel totally at home and went out of their way to provide everything that we needed. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and clean. The grounds are lovely for walking around or sitting on the porch. It is close to downtown, but off on a long driveway. Very lovely."
