Hotel Villa Groff

Lovely property and staff! We truly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing. The saunas and hot tubs are a huge bonus!

We felt really welcomed an the service was excellent! The hotel was very nice as the garden and pool area. We went their twice since it was so nice! You get to borrow free bikes and the townarea is really nice.

Fantastic service and the garden and pool areas was amazing. They had superb service outdoor as well. An ticket that made it possible to visit all museums an use public transportation was inkluded in the price.

The worst stay of our lives. The attive room smelled like mold and dead animals. There was absolutely zero air circulation. We were told that we should have left the window with no screen open all night during a lightning storm in order to breathe. The fan was full of dust and mold. Spiders inside the room. When we opened the bathroom window to try to breathe you could see a patched dilapidating roof. The “spa” was disgusting— A family hot tub for hotel guests. Zero attention to comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast host was the only positive thing about the stay; however she is not a part of the family or ownership. We used the free bikes and returned quickly as they were old and not properly serviced— better not to offer free and dangerous bikes to clients. I would rather pay. No human being should be subject to sleeping in the conditions we found in our room. Please remove this option from booking for the sake of other human beings! We would also like to ask for compensation for the amount spent as we did not sleep and have work appts all day. Thank you in advance. We hope that the rest of our trip continues as days prior to last night in other lovely establishments.

Breakfast is fantastic. Upgraded room, that seemed like a suite. Close to the autostrada. Nice village, not far from great wine-producers of north Italy. Maybe some noise from the autostrada, but did not bother too much.

Nach 2023 haben wir nun zum zweiten Mal Urlaub in der Villa Groff gemacht. Das Hotel, das Zimmer , der Service und das Frühstück waren wieder genauso hervorragend. Selbst das Wetter war wieder genauso gut, so dass wir jeden Tag wandern gehen konnten. Wir kommen sicherlich gerne noch ein drittes Mal.

Ein kleines, aber feines Haus in Auer. Toller Garten mit Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi - alles gepflegt, recht neu und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind groß und ebenfalls geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Betreuung durch die Familie ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und mit vielen regionalen Produkten zubereitet. Daher - absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
