Very good experience in this hotel ... all the staff behaviour was very cordial .. they are ready to serve anytime .. room was very clean and tidy ... Apart from the staff , the ***ager is very polite and helpful in any ***ner ... the food was also good and restaurant staff was very kind to serve ...

The best restaurant ever seen in ooty... The ***agement and services are simply superb.. really we enjoyed alot.... Food is so good to taste... Room is very extraordinary with multiple services.... Washrooms also neat and clean with nice fragrance.. simply Finally we loved it...

A decent Hotel. Very cooperative support staff and the administration team does all that is required to make your stay comfortable. Food is good too! Overall, we had a good stay. Ine doeside is --- The location or the view from the room is not that great

Mrs Shobha and Mr Rohit at front desk were very helpful and cooperative. We had stay of 3 nights. Food was good. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a good spread. The cheff spoke to us and we appreciated him and his team. All the staff is good…………… …………………………………………..,,,

Very nice experience. The stay was good. The food was very good and up to the mark. We were a family 5. We had booked 2 rooms. Mrs Shobha was the db ***ager and was very helpful. The restaurant staff was also very nice and hospitile. Total overall it was a good experience.

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing and comfortable experience for a week at ***go hill central Ooty. The staff, especially Mrs. Shobha were wonderful, polite, and accomodated all our requests to ensure we had the u**ost convinience during our stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with an amazing glass wall with view of the Ooty race course. Couple that with the amazing, cool weather, this was a trip to remember. Will definitely continue to be a patron of ***go hill hotels!

Shoba and Rohit and devin have done good service.... provided Us with all facilities. Over all hotel stay is good. Any one coming to Ooty can stay at this place for a budget stay.Not a five star hotel but facilities are available and the room are also decent clean.

Room **** House keeping **** Food ***** Mr.Girish ( ***ager ) and the entire ***go hill Staff were very professional and were great on there services, I personally recommend to all the visitors for ooty once have an experience for the same place.. Keep it up.. Team ***go hills ( ooty ) 🙂
