Mostly fine. Noisy air conditioner and heater. My major complaint is the lack of thoroughness for cleanliness. There were a handful of fine dog-like/cat-like hair on the sheets and clung to all of my clothing. What else could have been unclean?

Every aspect of my stay impressed me. The customer service, my room, the parking lot and breakfast. I felt safe, everything was clean and in great condition and despite being right next to ONT airport and the freeway- it was really quiet. I went down for breakfast- made my own waffle in a waffle iron, there were hot breakfast sandwiches, pastries etc. and orange fresh picked from the trees on the property. Easy check in and easy check out. I got the room on ******* for a pretty good deal- worth every penny. Have spent more for faaar less. If I was to come up with a complaint- I would say it would have been nice to have the option of bananas or apples at breakfast.

I liked that the rooms were clean. I did not like how the receptionist confused my booking with someone else's name. Next time they should double-check.

The lobby and breakfast area were nice but the rooms were nothing like that.
Broken tiles in the bath crunch and could cut bare feet. The air conditioner sounds like a jet warming up at the airport. The base and walls are in poor condition.

It looks like they have tried to give this place a facelift but it is just worn down and meh. The coffee was literally brown colored water. Filthy floors. Shuttle took forever at the airport. It was located next to Dennyʻs that doubled as a bar. Just yuck. Staff was kind.

Extra chair not in the room but the side lamp and table were. Woke up during the 1st night with bites, think it was fleas. Chair probably infested so removed from room. Idk for sure. Couldnt keep up with breakfast items or coffee. And we were there 4 nights and never had housekeeping service. Had to ask front desk for clean towels.
