Motel 6 Ontario, or

The staff were excellent - very kind, friendly, and helpful. Our room was small (both full-sized beds were pushed up to a side wall), but comfortable. Mattress were not awesome and the exterior lighting, while appreciated, was so bright that it filtered into our room.

The smell of cigarette smoke was absolutely terrible in our room. We turned on the heater and bugs came blowing out of it. The bed had stains on it.

The lock on the door was broken. The door didnt even shut tight and seal. People were in and out all night talking, laughing, slamming doors. Someone thought it was fun to continually set off their car alarm. Got up this morning and the car patked next to us very kindly cleaned their car our dumping their trash all over and next to my car. The best part of our stat was the clerk that checked us in. She was so sweet

The bed was so bad and stains all over the bedding. And the room was poor only stayed one night of the two nights I booked bc it was horrible

The staff went above and beyond for my daughter. They treat you like family. You know they really care about their patrons. The manager, Renee, is fantastic!

We arrived later in the evening (9pm'ish), and there was nowhere to grab a meal nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and met expectations.

We had a great stay at the motel 6. It comes with the necessities and is central to the city of Ontario.

It was a unusual stay due to unusual activity unknown as what was going on.

Check in clerk double billed us. Had to get with ******* to fix it. Room was freezing. Heater took all evening to heat the room up. Finally turned the heat down and the unit was crazy loud. Had to turn it off completely. Fortunately just one night. But had a terrible sleep after a long drive. VERY bare bones place. Especially compared to other similar priced places
