Overall the hotel was good and I would stay here again. All staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide variety. The pool is very small and was too cool to swim very long. Housekeeping did not show up the second day we stayed. The third day they came and we were just about to leave and I asked them to come back in 5 min. They said they would but didn’t show up for hours later (we had already returned again). We had to request more blankets, towels and toilet paper daily. No microwaves in the room but did have one downstairs for use. Cleanliness overall was good. I am very picky about hotel cleanliness and I didn’t have an issue but I do wish housekeeping would have come daily. Overall we were satisfied and would stay here again.

very clean room. Breakfast was good. only bad thing was the swimming pool area was very loud with very few in it. seemed to echo very bad. but i would go back. lots to look at within walking being in oldtown.

I cannot remember the receptionists name, but she had this amazing octopus sweater on. And pronounced my name correctly!! Anyway, she is super friendly, very helpful. Loved it!

I loved the location of the property. It was within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, attractions and stores. The staff was very nice and helped with arranging a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was wonderful too. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many interesting/fun things to do in Omaha and this hotel made it convenient to explore it all. I'll be back.

We only had our room serviced once in the four days we were there. When we arrived, the sink in our bathroom was clogged and had standing water. The toilet and remote were both dirty. The front desk woman was rude and was too busy reading her book than to be bothered to help.

Room was not what we paid for and they were unwilling to fix it. I asked to speak to the manager and was sent to a voicemail that never called me back. One of the 2 elevators was broke. Very disappointed.

If your driving your paying for parking. The last comment is about one or 2 guys going in and out of their rooms literally all night long. Not sure what they were up to, but it gave me an impression the night crew was renting to some shady characters.
