The property has a unique 20’s period feel. The restaurant is an easy and friendly area to gather with friends and have fun conversations. The staff friendly and efficient. The food is fine.

Good location and historic boutique feel! Clean and comfortable rooms. Toilet and shower could use some updates with Shower water pressure being just ok, and toilet was running all the time. Only other monor inconvenience was the parking lot wouldnt let us out with our room key but the front desk was easy to call and took care of it all very quickly! Overall would go back!

Beautiful historic property in Downtown Omaha, walking distance from the Orpheum Theater. The decor and ambience in the lobby really sets the scene. Rooms were average. Poor soundproofing so you can hear every conversation in the hallway and sometimes from the other rooms. You will definitely have to call for more towels because they only provide one bath towel and two very small washcloths which are not replaced each day unless requested. I was provided a complimentary toothbrush at the front desk since I forgot to pack mine. The food and service downstairs in the restaurant were excellent. Very friendly and attentive staff.

wonderful hotel, was just surprised the parking gate and the back door to hotel were open and unlocked when we returned from our concert at almost midnight. Would have thought they would be locked by the

Beautiful old art deco style but very modern. My room was a two room loft and it was different than anything I’ve ever stayed on before. Also a beautiful lobby restaurant/bar with an excellent staff. Very attentive and happy.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. Heating and AC unit was pretty loud. Otherwise a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Just a bit old and outdated furnishings

We had an absolutely amazing stay! A huge shout out to Lynn for upgrading our room to a suite and offering a late check out to us since our flight kept getting delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until after 3 am, the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on, the hotel is absolutely beautiful.
