La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Omaha West

Very dirty the hall smelled really bad. There was hardly any hot water. Floor was very sticky and slippery. Mold in toilet. didn’t clean or supply and towels or any other things that would be in room coffee pot. Ice bucket. 3 day stay. Nigh**are and no other hotels to move to.

I tried to open the doors to get in and they were locked. I was yelled at by the desk person telling me I needed a key to get in. I was just checking in how was I supposed to have a key?. The heater did not work in the room, one of the bed sheets had a yellow stain on it an a pillow had black all over it. Needless to say we slept over the bed spread and didn't use the pillows.

At first at the property I thought it would be an okay stay the lady at the front desk greeted me well however once I got my key to the room the room was incomplete in the bathroom the light wasn't working and the tiles in the shower were separating from the wall they had a fan in the bathroom that was disconnected the bathroom sink was just not complete the window to the room the shades were completely broke I will say it does fall on me that I did not see that they had an exterior pool however I do believe they should notify it as seasonal the TV was also not connected correctly and we had to ask someone to come help us who took a long time to help I thought maybe this hotel could save itself that next morning because I knew they had continental breakfast however they did not tell me at check-in that they did not have got no breakfast even though they offer I will acknowledge they did have a sign but they did not bring it up I feel that this place was unsafe loud because of how close we are to the cars and the overall communication with guests was lacking

The property smelled, was extremely dirty. The window blinds were broken. Exposed wires to a missing beside lamp. Blood on the bathroom wall. Air conditioning unit hanging off the wall. The bathtub knob for the cold water was missing along with several other issues.

Firstly the night staff were hard to understand. The phone is dead in the room. They can't fix it because the maintenance staff aren't there in the evenings. The microwave doesn't work and the TV remote doesn't work properly. The taps in the shower don't work properly. There are no black out blinds or curtains on the window so the floodlight across the parking lot is streaming in the room (hope you like sleeping in full light. There was no continental breakfast and the desk clerk confirmed there hadn't been for weeks. They don't even provide a box of tissue in the room. In conclusion our stay was terrible avoid this place like the plague.

Cob webs in the corners, smelt like smoke, drain in the shower didn't drain, dirty floors, very small bathrooms, I'd rate this hotel a 1 out of 10 and would not recommend it at all.

The hotel room was not put together. The shower head was tightened and sprayed water all over. The bathroom fan cover was off. The wall lamp had wires hanging out. Not happy at all - it was not a comfortable stay.

Lack of maintinence, no black out curtains, only see throug. phone not conected, soda machine dont work, never pick up garbage,change towels, only breakfast on the go while advertised hot breakfast.

I don’t like how there were simple things wrong with my room such as remotes missing batteries, lights not working, and the tvs not working. The staff wasn’t as knowledgeable or as helpful as I would’ve expected them to be. There was also no breakfast provided and the alternative they said they would provide wasn’t either.
