Moxy Omaha Downtown

We travelled from Austin, Texas to Omaha for the Stevie Nick's concert which was fabulous!!! I found this hotel on this site(we use this site quite a bit for our travels) and chose to stay here 'cause it looked chic and it was walking distance to the concert venue. Everything was great until we got back to the hotel bar after the concert and experienced the absolute worst service we've EVER experienced anywhere!! We sat at the bar 'cause we ere hungry and needed a nightcap. The bartenders/bar staff completely and totally ignored us, never greeted us at all, and never served any beverages at all. They literally would stand right in front of us, we'd attempt to order from them they would look at us, not respond at all, totally ignore us and walk away. The odd thing was, every single one of the bar staff gave us the same treatment!! They were serving everyone else at the bar, and we could not understand why on earth they were being so incredibly rude and disrespectful. We sat there for about 30 minutes until we just decided to leave and go to bed. Their conduct was so incredibly and utterly RUDE!! Unbelievable!!! We definitely will be back to Omaha, but there is absolutely no way we will ever stay at this property!!

Rooms are very small. Overall everything else was ok. Don't sleep across from the ice machine on the 2nd floor.

If you're looking for a fun atmosphered place to stay for a concert , game or a weekend away. Moxy is Highly recommended! They have uniquely cute rooms, easy access to venues. Nice little bar that serves a great Breakfast flatbread!

It is a very unique building and the setup / decor was top tier! The room we had was a little small but overall it was amazing!

Amazing stay! Love the Moxy brand and this one was no different. Great value and really nice bar / bartender and common space. Only negative is they stop serving food at 8pm :(

Love teh convenience of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Will continue to stay here, just may need to bring my own pillow. I need a firmer pillow option.

My stay was amazing except the noice at the hallways in the middle of the nights. A few times I woke up in the middle of the night due to walking and laughing people. This is less of hotels concern but it impacted my comfort level. I loved the artistic style of the lobby and the rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Nice location very close to ASU, Whataburger, and Voodoo doughnuts. Clean and secure nice place to stay.

Amazing hotel! Clean, modern, and perfect set up in the room. All hotels need to transition to this style!
