It reminds me of an extended stay. Every room is identical including the art on the wall. It is new so it's still pretty nice.

Not what we were expecting. Had the feeling of government subsidized housing with many long term residents. Price was reasonable, room was okay, but it didn't feel very safe. Was nice that it was pet friendly, but probably not a place I would return to for a night or two stay.

This was my 2nd time to stay in this place. Apartment is clean and comfortable, however management do not seem to have control over what is going around their property when it comes to smoking next to the main door and people with loud drum music in the parking. When I complained to the management about a car under my room with loud music vibrating my room above I was told that it is another customer and they were not willing to do anything about it because it is outside the quite time frame. The person at the front desk told me’ you are welcome to leave’ without refund. I cancelled my future reservation for another 3 days to go to another place which happens to be better location and cheaper. I did

This is not a hotel, it's a long term, weeks to year, housing facility. If they have extra rooms they rent them out to unsuspecting visitors at ridiculously high rates. They have bare bones rooms and it is not considered a safe area. I'm surprised it's a Choice hotel but they've changed the way they do business.

We were unable to get a lightbulb for the bedside lamp. Tried multiple times and front desk person couldn’t find any. Also, there was no hot water for a bath approximately around 9 in the evening till about ten. Had a barely tepid water bath finally…..not very nice.

There is a lot of activity around this parking lot. It seems this establishment caters to low income housing to fill there spaces. I did not feel unsafe but I also did not expect this when I booked on your website. There was a lot of smoking in the front of the building. There was a lot of car activity in the parking lot and there were a few skirmishes in the hallway

It’s a good hotel. However, if you are working nights, you can hear every door slam and anybody walking by your room. They also don’t have blackout curtains. This location in particular has a lot of ppl with dogs. The room itself is comfortable. The staff was great.
