Everything was very good. The location of the hotel is very close to everywhere. Sea, restaurant, bar etc.. The quality of the food is not bad... The service was very nice. F&B manager Gökhan and team Thanks.. The cleanliness of the room was nice. See you again

We recently stayed here in Turkey for a family wedding, and I can't say enough about how fantastic our experience was! This was our second visit, and it was just as magical as the first. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch. The manager went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Their warm welcome and attention to detail truly made us feel like VIPs. The entertainment at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. We were treated to a variety of shows and activities that kept both adults and kids thoroughly entertained. The team clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure guests have a great time, and it shows! We absolutely loved staying here with all our family and friends and certainly recommend this hotel to anyone !

What a dire place .. rooms small, tired & dated .. bathrooms tiny & very basic, balcony so small virtually unuseable, walls so thin I could hear one sides intimacy & the others side vomiting .. food was awful, same options at every setting, bland & visually unappealing .. pool area was nice staff wired hard to keep it clean .. bar had limited spirits & despite asking several times never able to get a cocktail

This review is going to sound very negative to begin with but if you can read to the end, it'll all make sence. We arived at this hotel on 26th April, 1st impression, room very small with broken wardrobe door (off its runners and stuck) only about 6 clothes hangers, no chest of drawers for t-shirts, underwear etc. Asked at reception for an upgrade but apartently all rooms are the same, we were shown 2 further rooms, one slightly larger with a functioning wardrobe so we moved to that one. Good nights sleep, bed comfortable. No remote controls for aircon or TV but after requesting at reception they were quickly replaced. Toilet seat broke and fell off the next day but again was replaced with a brand new one the same day. We soon found out that aparently the complex had only opened on Wed 24th, so we then felt a little more charitable regarding these teething problems. The whole complex is very picturesque, the pool area is lovely, constant cleaning and tidying, plenty of comfortable sun beds, I certainly couldn't fault the hard working ethics of the staff, friendly and helpful although their working days were extremely long, smiles and helpful gestures never ceased. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Very few staff had any good understanding of English, although over 95% of the guests there were British, Google translate might have helped but the Wi-fi was very hit and miss, 5 different log in's and finally got a stable connection 2 days before we left, maybe another teething problem? The food was at times unusual, but we didnt starve, however, the broccoli for breakfast was a constant souce of amusement when talking to other british guests. After a few days the complex filled up and had a very relaxed a**osphere, overall service in the restaurant improved. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants and beauty salons. Bus stops and taxi easily accessible with many more places selling a number of excursions including boat trips, turkish baths and paragliding for the brave! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay and hope to return in Sept.

Take no notice of any negative reviews about this hotel. The location is ideal for local bars,shops and beach. The rooms were cleaned every day and the food was varied and very nice. The staff were exceptional and very friendly especially Sam on the bar. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Just back from the Alize with my partner, this wasn't a deer holiday. The staff where all great and would help you with most off your needs. Semi on the bar was absolutely amazing and would do anything that was required and always made sure you where OK, he is so great and to me he was the best member of staff that they had. GARY and ufuk where also great and made sure my partner was OK due to illness and also would help with most tasks. FOOD in my personal opinion they need to put more signs out and let you know what the food was as there wasn't anything to say what it was. I was there for 7 days and had breakfast 1 day lunch and dinner 2 days as I didn't know what I was eating and some off the food didn't smell to nice. I feel the snack bar was great value as they make you fresh pizza, burgers, chips and sandwiches from 1 to 5 and the guys running that would do anything that you asked them and they where lovely guys. The rooms where basic which never bothered me atall, the worst part was the TV didn't have much English channels 2 or 3 at most. The entertainment wasn't great we had a belly dancer for 30 minutes and that was the only entertainment on, we played killer pool and water polo a few times. The bar never had much choice to drink to be honest and that wasn't great. As I said cheap and cheerful.... But SEHMI aka SAMMY was the best person there and I wish hill all the best in the future

This hotel is well positioned for the main promenade and shops, restaurants and cocktail bars. All staff without exception were welcoming and friendly throughout our 4 day stay. Special mention to Guvenc Dinlik ( spelling may not be correct ) part of the management team who talked to everyone keen to get feedback. The hotel is exceptionally clean and rooms have all you need and are cleaned daily. For all inclusive tariff the food is good but would benefit for everything to be labelled. Drinks choice is beer wine gin vodka colas and fruit juice , could be expanded but is not restricted. The pool area is lovely with lots of sunbeds. All in all we will recommend this lovely hotel to holiday makers with an eye on costs.

Nice hotel in the basic category. Only down side is the food. Awful, and no where at the bar to sit for non smokers and nearly everyone in the hotel smokes. Pool is nice and Sam the waiter is adorable Will visit again Great location for the *****, but far enough away that no noise troubles Will be back here again in 5 weeks Cant wait

A superb hotel that looks beautiful, is clean and has friendly, helpful staff. We went with a family of four; two adults, two teenagers. The rooms were large and airy with good aircon and excellent showerooms/toilets. Plus TVs that the kids could find things to watch on. The builders probably could have crammed more rooms into the space, but instead built smaller blocks around the large pool which is overlooked by a mountain and surrounded by mature, native trees. We went all-inclusive and were a bit apprehensive about the food but need not have worried. Each night was themed but your nuggets and chips were ever-present at meal times, so fussy children were well catered for. There were some great dishes served and the chefs seemed to take real pride in the food. The drinks at the bar were excellent - the local draught lager is fine and they served wine (although the red was a bit warm), spirits, soft drinks and coffee. There was wi-fi, which we weren't expecting. The staff organised water-polo completions and held aqua aerobics classes and put on evening entertainment. There were pool tables and table tennis tables available as well as a gym and various trea**ents in the spa-area. Rooms were cleaned daily and the friendly staff overcome their lack of English with smiles. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach through the main street which is packed with bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel has a daily shuttle to the Blue Lagoon where sun-loungers are free. It is a beautiful lagoon with shallow, clear water and food and drinks available. A bus for the local water-park also picks up from the hotel. Paragliding is huge in the resort, but for the less brave there are a variety of boat trips. Most people in the hotel were English with a few Eastern Europeans. Would highly recommend.
