Hotel é ok, em uma localização agradável, só a limpeza não é tão boa, água quente para o banho eu poderia esquentar um pouco, o Wi-Fi não funciona em nenhum lugar por lá, nem na recepção! A verificação é às 14h, tudo bem, mas mesmo eles com os quartos prontos e os convidados chegaram antes das 14h, eles nos seguraram e não nos deixaram ir para o quarto antes das 14h! O café da manhã não estava ótimo, digamos até as 10h30, um dos dias fui às 10h20 e mais da metade das coisas havia sumido, e também pedi uma bebida (chá) que nunca havia sido servida! Eles não tinham bebidas disponíveis naquele dia para os convidados! Acho que falta muito pensar, a construção é antiga, mas muito boa se eles tivessem um pouco mais de cuidado, precisassem de algumas reformas, mas ainda assim ok, os faxineiros eram muito simpáticos, amigáveis, mas precisam limpar um pouco melhor, sempre quando Fui tomar banho estava gostando de água embaixo do box do banheiro todo, e a água fica lá até irem limpar no dia seguinte! E também minha pequena geladeira estava ligada, mas não funcionava de jeito nenhum!

Ficamos aqui por 1 semana. O quarto é básico e tem o que você precisa, chuveiro, cama, geladeira e ar condicionado. Você não pode reclamar do preço que paga. A piscina é grande e há uma seleção de espreguiçadeiras, etc. Fica a cerca de 7 a 10 minutos a pé da propriedade principal ou cerca de 3 em um táxi. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e trabalham 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, então sempre há alguém lá. A única coisa que diremos é que o café da manhã é composto por ovos cozidos muito básicos, salame, pão, manteiga e Nutella, etc., não é uma seleção real, mas novamente é comestível! O limpador também veio uma vez, mas presumimos que era assim que chegamos no início da temporada. Voltaremos!

First impressions We arrived for a 2 week bed and breakfast stay on the 3rd of June and arrived about 3pm. The reception area was very warm and didn't appear to have air conditioning there. We booked separate rooms. My room was 104. Main reception was small and appeared clean. Staff was friendly. My rooms First impressions of my room wasn't great, firstly I was shown to my room but the cleaner was still cleaning it so spent a few awkward minutes watching and waiting for the room to be ready. The room was basic and clean, no frills. Terrible view out the window of the chickens and mess surrounding it and not to mention the odour. Internet didn't work, I was a fare distance away from the other members of my group. Room comes with a fridge, I already knew there was no kettle so brought my own. Terrace area appeared to require attention, the view from the room over looked the chickens and mess surrounding them. seats dirty and worn. Shower worked very well, good water temperature and pressure. TV worked but no English channels which didn't bother me. Bed was fine one side and lumpy the other, pillows was fine. My room was close to the pool and restaurant area. I noticed when in bed there was a main light switch near the pillows, I kept turning on the lights when moving in bed. Air conditioning I couldn't get to switch off with the remote control, only way I could switch it off was by removing the key, this was sorted out by reception. The key slot was iffy, took many attempts to get the electric to stay on but eventually found the correct angle for the key, this with the air conditioning and electric was frustrating. The second day I requested another room closer to reception area and closer to other members of my group. This was dealt with easily and the manager was helpful. The second day I was meant to of moved to room 219 but this was changed to room 312. This room was alot better, internet was still on and off, this room was a big improvement. Only negative to this room was no power points to either bedside, power socket in the middle where the bed was, cables stretched out over the bed which is silly, no curtain to cover the balcony door window, of a night time there was a contact blue glow. Other then that everything else in the room was ok. Restaurant. On our first night I paid for the evening buffet. This cost 300 and then a few days later was 400 Turkish lira per person which included a small drink. Food was very basic, no frills and served a purpose only if your looking to save money or can't be bothered to eat out. Staff was friendly. Plenty of flies around so be prepared, this is not a criticism as heat attract flies. We opted to have a one day all inclusive one day pass which cost £20.00, this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner plus drinks,due to the limited watered down drinks I would not say this was worth it. Absolutely disgusted with this hotel … poor service and very rude staff .. I understand there is a language barrier but they just don’t want to understand what I was saying . And at the start of stay they told me I can check out 2pm and now at 11am they calling to say they need the room ! And then when I explained about them saying I can check out at 2 he couldn’t understand or just didn’t want to

Currently staying at the hotel. Was told they cannot clean the rooms as they are short of staff. I want to give this hotel zero star rating but that is not an option. Please avoid staying here. There is zero accountability.

I was worried about staying at this hotel due to some bad reviews. This was made worse on approach as there is a dilapidated building at the front. However, once in the grounds it’s a different story. The pool is really big, plenty of sun beds and gardens are well tended. My friend & I had a room each at the back. We each had a lovely room with a double and single bed, small balcony (there was a small rack for drying swim wear), a nice little en-suite and a fridge . The rooms were cleaned daily. We went for b&b but all inclusive was available. Meals were on the terrace overlooking the pool. There was plenty of choice, freshly cooked omelettes, boiled eggs, cheeses, jams and various Turkish dishes. There was a bar where tea, coffee and juices were served out of machines. Although it was on the road it was quiet. The dolmus (local bus) stopped outside. It was a 10 minute ride to the beach or a 7 minute walk to Hisoranu town. Although the staff didn’t speak much English they were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again. It was really cheap and a fantastic place to stay especially if you are on a budget. The only downside…… No kettle Thin walls so if you have noisy neighbours it could be a problem.
