We have been here for a few days and the staff are very friendly, polite and entertaining....the rooms are clean and tidy and the complex itself is awesome in the day with a variety of entertaining and then in the Evening live bands and music...

Sundia is a lovely place to stay. The staff are the utmost helpful. There is nothing they can’t do for you. Mari and Aida from the entertainment staff at the kids club were brilliant with my 3 year old. The beach is fabulous although you do have to pay for drinks at the beach despite it being attached to the hotel. The food could be better but certainly does the job. For the price we paid I would highly recommend. I brought my 3 year old daughter with me and we don’t want to go home.

It was amazing holiday! Sun, sea, swimming pool, excellent customer service and tasty food. Eddy, Madina, Sia and Meri - they made it gorgeous! Fun, relax and full enjoyment time! Thank you for fantastic music entertainment! Live hit music of all the time is waiting for you!

Let’s start with positives - great location , food is ok , drinks are excellent - Murat at adult pool is outstanding and entertainment has improved since I was last here 5 years ago . Negatives - check in experience not good arrived at 0130 wasn’t offered a drink or anything after long flight and transfer . Toilet broke on day 1 in room came and fixed Toilet broken on day 3 came and fixed Toilet broke on day 4 came and fixed Toiler broke again day 4 came and fixed broke starting after maintenance left Reception agreed to move us but nothing til next day so moved us into temporary room for the night above reception Went to bed after stressful evening and bed was full of bugs - went back to original room with broken toilet We to reception next morning explained what happened there was no support they didn’t seem to care but agreed to move us at 1pm - room not ready at 1pm told to come back at 2pm still not ready and eventually got moved at 3pm We effectively lost 24 hours of holiday plus stress plus toilet breaking in first few days we should have been moved after first day All positives with entertainment suncity you need to remember the basics and spend less time with foam parties and more time on customer service I was very disappointed and I won’t be back which is a shame because it’s great location .

Absolutely fantastic family holiday. The ladies in the kid’s club were fantastic. Gorgeous hotel. Lovely clean room. Good food and excellent allergy awareness- the chef took me round each meal to help me with what I could and couldn’t eat. Would highly recommend as safe for allergy sufferers. Best I have ever experienced. Only given 4* due to cold showers which we reported but could not be remedied. Although it was nice when we were really hot after the pool

We visited for our friends wedding. Stayed for 10nights and I have to say it was much improved from our previous visit 2 years ago, the food was much better and the staff we're excellent imo. The rooms do need upgrading which I am sure Sundia will do. Eddy and Sia we're excellent on the entertainment team. Thanks for a great stay

The location is perfect close to shops and beach. Rooms are a good size, clean and well equipped. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Murat at the oasis pool made our week with amazing service and happy attitude. Will definitely be going back.

The entertainment team was very friendly, they always had activities going in and there was something for all guests to do. They had a great variety of activities and were accommodating to all ages and guests. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to visit as all the staff and facilities are excellent. The food was excellent too and there was enough variety to accommodate any guests and the facilities were also excellent. They really do mean all inclusive.
