I came with my family. We left with a smile on our faces. My family and I spent a week here we wished it was longer. From management to the cleaning staff where very welcoming and accomodating. Loved the location and the kids club in the evening. My kids loved it. There where segregated pools which I loved. The staff there where very welcoming. Definitely will book again in the coming future.

Çok şirin tertemızdı.sıvrısınek sıkıntısı vardı.klıma açip kapıları kapatmakla çözdük sorunu.odamız anacaddeye bakıordu .gurultu oluyordu.oda değişimine yardımcı olmadıkları için kızdık tabi.bir sürü boş oda vardı halbukii.yemeklerı az öz lezzetlıydı.personeller ilgiliydi.kafa dinlemelık bı yer.sadece tatil köyünde kalmak sıkıcı olabılır.telefrık ve sahıle çok yakın olması guzeldi

Sayın Zehra Hotel Yetkilileri, Arkadaşım Muhammed B.'ın Zehra Hotel'de çalıştığı deneyimle ilgili bir şikayetimi paylaşmak istiyorum. Maalesef, bu deneyimim oldukça can sıkıcıydı ve Zehra Hotel'in müslüman konseptine aykırı bir tutum sergilediğini düşünüyorum. Muhammed B., Zehra Hotel'de 7 gün boyunca çalışmış olmasına rağmen, sadece 5 gününün parasını alabilmiştir. Bu, sözde müslüman bir konsept olarak sizin dürüstlük ve adalet ilkelerine uymadığınızı gösteriyor. Çalışanlarınızı hak yemeden başka bir şey yapmamış gibi görmek, beni oldukça hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Bu deneyim nedeniyle, Zehra Hotel'i ziyaret etmek isteyen herkese dikkatli olmalarını ve benim arkadaşım gibi mağduriyet yaşamamalarını tavsiye ederim. Müslüman değerlere uygun olmayan bir işletmeyi desteklememek için lütfen başka bir alternatif seçin. Biz gerekli olan mercilere şikayete bulunduk Saygılarımla.

Maalesef otel çok eski ve gerekli bakımlar yapılmamış. Her şey dahil statüsündeki bu ötelden beklentilerimiz çok yüksekti ama maalesef sonuç öyle olmadı.

Otel pek iyi degildi , yemekleri hep ayniydi ve tadi yoktu.Oda Temizdi , Bayanlar bölümü önce cok sıkıcıydı fakat biz geldikten sonra herkezi gäldürdük enerjimiz ile. Calisanlardan Kaan , Ibrahim , Dogukan , Enes , Zupi , Beril ile tanistik hepsi cok saygili ve iyi ilgilendiler bizim ile, tekrardan hersey icin tesekkür ediyoruz. Fakat otele tekrar gelmeyecegimizi düsünmüyoruz arkadaslarim ile beraber. Ve Bu otele bence genc veya aileler degilde Emekli olanlar gelse daha iyi olur.

Zehra grup otel,tatilköyüve villa olmak uzere 3 sekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.biz ailecek tatil koyunde konakladik.butik şirin kucuk bir yer.2 havuzu var karisik havuzu yok.havuzlar temiz ve sakin.odalari temiz.sivrisineklere dikkat yaninizda sivrisinek savar goturun.yemwkleri cok guzel mutfak ekibine tesekkurler .çesit bize gore yeterliydi.sıra beklememek cok guzeldi kalabalik otellerde sıra cok oluyor.zehra grubun kendine ait beace var.yarim saat sonra denizdesiniz kendi beacene gitmek istiyorsaniz.olü denize cok yakin orayada gidebilirsiniz ama kendi beace daha guzel.denizi temiz ogle arasi otelde konaklayanlara yemek ucretsiz.kumsal degil.bayanlara ayrilan bolum daha guzel.olumsuz yani denizdeki balıklar ısırıyor deniz ayakkabısı şart. Balıklar acitiyorda.ölüdenizde de oyle malesef.karisik girmek isterseniz aile bolumu var ama oraya 600 tl odedik hiç degmez bu cok saçma olmus mesela.aile bolumu daha taşlı.fazla beklentiniz yoksa gidilebilir rahat ettik biz sakinligi temizligi yemegi iyiydi.

3 gece 4 gün konakladığımız otelde ilk girişten itibaren maalesef sorun yaşadık. Ön ödemeyi haftalar öncesinden yapmamıza rağmen ön ödemenin gözükmediği söylendi. Daha sonra oda kartlarının olmadığı ve geçici bir kartla idare edilmesi gerektiği bilgisi verildi. Odalar yanlış teslim edildi. Doğru odaya götürüldük ve elektriğimizin çalışmadığını fark ettik. Sürekli sigorta atan odada tüm günümüzü geçirdikten sonra teknik servisle de bizim uğraşmamız gerekti. Günün sonunda başka bir oda verilse de bütün gün bitmişti. Bunların dışında kadın havuzu ve plajında telefonların oluşu bizim için rahatsız ediciydi. Denetimsiz çalışan plaj ve havuz çalışanları yüzünden sürekli insanları görüntü almamaları konusunda uyarmak can sıkıcıydı. Yemekler fena değildi, plajın bulunduğu mekan uzak olsa da (servisleriyle 40 dk) manzara güzeldi. Temizlik ve güvenlik konusunda da şüpheliyim. Balkon kapımızın odasının anahtarı yoktu, istediğimizde ise olmadığı söylendi. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir deneyim oldu.

Konakladigimiz surece her konuda yardimci olan yasin beye ve ozellikle h.k ekibine cok tesekkur ederim. Restoran ekibi ve mutfak calisanlarida cok ilgiliydiler ve kaldigimiz.surece tatilimiz cok iyi gecti.....
