Otel konum olarak kolay erişilebilir bir yerde. Girdiğiniz andan itibaren Cansu Hanım sizinle birebir iletişime geçiyor herhangi bir aksaklık olursa anında çözüyor. Odalar güzel yeterli büyüklükte. Yemekler ortalama üstünde güzel ve çeşit bol. Havuzlar yeterli büyüklükte kapalı havuz olanağı da mevcut. Alkol çeşidi gerçekten çok fazla ve bar personeli sizi kırmamak adına bir bardak dahi içecek olsanız şişeyi açıyorlar ve ikram ediyorlar. Bir kez daha gelecek olsam bu bölgedeki yegane tercihim bu otel olacaktır

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are really spacious and comfortable and although the hotel is quite large it has a very cosy feel to it. The pool is superb, although a little chilly at this time of year and the staff, well they make the hotel. All of them are so friendly, attentive and helpful. A special shout goes to RAMAZAN and OLI from the animation team and HEMZA from the bar ( best cocktails ever) , the dancing shows were not bad I didn’t Liked it at all but the activities were really fun and cool . Had an excellent family holiday here. Super clean, very good food and drink, amazing pools and a couple of waterparks that the kids absolutely loved. Nice private beach, good sized room, great helpful staff. Special mention to our assigned personal assistant Kamila who was very helpful. We’ll be back next year for sure.

Everything in this hotel is great. All the staff are very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is amazing...it's right on the beach, there are two very very large pools. There is a wide variety of food and drinks. there are shows every night which are pretty entertaining and add to the whole experience. This place is great for family vacation.

We stay in an apartmant with two separeted rooms (one for us and one for our children). The room was clean and everyday the housekeeping came, cleaned and chanched towels. There was various activities for all family members at the pool or in the sport area. In the restorant was a lot of food diversity for all taste. We had a personal assistant from the TUI agency who keep us inform every day about activities, weather, make reservation for a la carte restaurant.

Best hotel with good staff and delicious dishes. We mkved leodikya from lower class hotel and They give us Family rooms as free. Everything was amazin, rooms, Programmes, beach,music... Highly recomended hotel who looking for good place for family and couples
