Antalya’dan sonra Alanya daha uzak kaldı trafik yüzünden biraz sıkıntılı gitmek personel azlığı mevcuttu yabancı misafirlere bizden daha fazla ilgileniyorlardı

Oldukça keyifliydi, yemekler harikaydı, barlar ve özellikle barmen arkadaşlar çok yetenekliydi, Kadir Bey ve müthiş kokteyllerine selamlar

Hotel is very nice, high level. Staff very friendly, professional, rooms are very comfy, everything is included. Food is very tasty (the best meat), not good sushi. Every night different food night. - fitness room is old, shows could be better.

Great hotel and fantastic staff, could not have been any better upon arrival or whilst here. Room was very clean and roomy, but being at the front of the hotel was a no no as it was noisy, also cleaning not good at times. Fridge in room was stocked daily but not with the same items that were drunk. Surely restock what wasn’t in the fridge as that is what we liked?? Room service for toiletries etc was good with a few surprises with the towels etc. The staff here are fantastic, so polite and cheerful which made for a good holiday. Spent most of our time on the pier which was relaxing and the pier bar with the young lady on the pier was superb, she was polite and always had a smile on her face, her service was fantastic and really made our holiday enjoyable. The food bar by the beach was great food if fresh and not so good if not. The main restaurant was so hit and miss with quality and at no time were we ever asked if we would like a drink!!! We had 3 al a carte meals whilst here and the Turkish being the first was good food and service, but no drink offered. The next one was Italian which was a disaster from start to finish, terrible food and service, no drinks offered and rushed, with four plates returned due to being chipped or cracked. We then had the Asian which was fantastic food, no drinks offered and were so rushed we didn’t have time to finish any meal. When I said please slow down the waiter said “shall give you five more minutes before next course”, absolutely spoilt our evening. The pool bar is a fantastic place to drink with premium drinks and great staff. The lounge bar was again hit and miss depending who was on. Easy walking distance to local bazaar and a good market on Fridays only 15 minute walk away. Used cabana 8004 on last day and the service by Omar was out of this world, well worth the €100 for this. Overall a fantastic holiday but not a 5 star for us as we have visited six 5 star hotels with Jet 2 and this didn’t compare. Also very German orientated and a long way from the airport with over 90 minute journey with private transfer so not sure how long that would take with Jet 2 coach.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September. The Hotel was clean, food ok, ala carte disappointing, sports very limited, cocktails different depending which bar you ordered from and pretty average. There is nothing to do outside of the hotel other than a couple of typical Turkish shopping malls nearby. Room was clean with a good shower and comfy bed. The pools were nice and sun beds plentiful. Pier was good and preferred to relax there which also has a small bar rather on the stoney beach or around the pool. Entertainment was typical for this type of hotel, however did have a live band/group in the afternoon who were all pretty good. They boast signature cocktails, however these were disappointing and nothing special. Staff at evening meal times were far and far between and weren't really interested, especially if you were English it seemed. Have stayed in better Hotels in Turkey with more attentive staff and more varied sports and entertainment. The website states "You are invited to the Kirman world of privileges. Kirman Signature concept is offering you a brand new surprises which is going to make you feel special. This new generation of holiday concept will change your perspective of holiday by personalised vacation touches." Did not make us feel special and don't know what the privileges were?

This was our sixth stay in Turkey, but it was the best vacation. High standard hotel, clean rooms, large selection of food, which was very tasty. There was always something going on in the hotel, there was no time to be bored. We would like to especially thank the bartender Yusuf - thanks to him our stay became even better, we will miss him and remember him fondly.

We arrived about 11.00 at night the main restaurant was close bot they have another restaurant open when the main one is closed the reception was more worried that we were hungry she asked one of the staff to take us their while she checked us in and when we finished and came to the reception she had us checked in and gave us our keys and send our luggage we were very pleased by their friendlies and helpfulness. The hotel has fantastic restaurant they have a main restaurant beach hut restaurant and an aqua restaurant.,they also have a pizza and steak restaurant. The hotel food was fantastic well maintained and tasty. The dessert was out of this world, fruit selection was good.the staff are all friendly and helpful. The room were clean and cleaned every day fridge is well stocked. Their daily and night time activities are good, They have a kids pool and play area
