This was our first time staying at this hotel, but won't be our last. We were warmly greeted by Heather upon registering and she provided us with bottled water and a very nice pre-printed welcome note as an Honors member. The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and plenty of room in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a walk-in shower and great shower head, towel bars at the sink and adequate towels. My only concern was the shower floor being very slippery, probably from it being cleaned. I had to place a towel on the shower floor to prevent slipping. The fitness center was really great, spacious and well-furnished with 3 treadmills, a bike, weights, bench, elliptical, water, towels and wipes. One of the better exercise facilities we've found. The business center also was very good, with two computer screens and comfortable chairs. The breakfast selection was average, but had pre-made omelets and egg dishes, along with cereals, juice, coffee, etc. They offered no meat selection with the eggs, nor fresh cut mixed fruit. It was nice, though, to have real glass plates on which to eat, instead of the flimsy paper plates. The hostess kept everything filled, fresh and available. I noted that the luggage cart was covered with pet hairs when checking in, but later they were cleaned up. It was good to see that the staff were on top of things, keeping public restrooms clean and stocked, as well as the fitness center and other public areas. It was also good to see the attention to cleanliness and sanitation - so important in these times. We were checked out by Sylivia, again a friendly an efficient staff member. Overall, this hotel gets a grade of A and my recommendation. We stayed on two separate occasions, and although staff attentiveness varied a little between the two visits, my grading averaged the two visits together.
