Little Arches Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE TEAM THAT MAKE IT SPECIAL and that’s all I have to say - except to add my disclaimer that it will not suit everyone. If you love big resorts and all inclusive this may not be for you but any one looking for a small hotel by a fabulous beach then check it out

When we first heard of Little Arches, it was noted as a "gem" in the Caribbean. We've come to determine that "Hope Diamond" is a more appropriate characterization! Little Arches IS Barbados! Everything, and we DO mean EVERYTHING about it captures the essence of Barbados, and vice versa. The basics??? Rooms... in total sync with the Island. Fantastic appointments, incredible bed, best shower, TV/internet satisfies our obsessive 21st century needs! Food... As fate would have it, one of the best (actually the best in our opinion) restaurants in all of Barbados is 11 steps from our room! Cafe Luna. On our first trip, after a long journey, we decided to eat at the hotel, and not shlep all over the Island. We walked upstairs, and it was like we landed in Oz! The atmosphere is so warm and cozy, we almost fell asleep at the table. It overlooks the Ocean, and it complements the vibe of the hotel like no other restaurant/hotel I've even seen. The food? Absolutely fantastic... every item on the menu (I think we had everything this trip). Do not hesitate to eat anything.... not just fish. Pork crepes/split pea soup, on and on. All fantastic. And it's not just dinner. Breakfast and lunch/brunch are fantastic! Restaurant Service: It's like family serving you! The serving teams all day couldn't be more caring and accommodating. (Shout out to Mona who makes morning coffee and breakfast a total delight!). Nothing like a cocktail a Cafe Luna as the sun sets. And NOTHING like those who make the drinks! Wish we could bring them home with us!!! Keep cameras handy so you can take pics of the wonderment as they work their craft! (Shout out to Shaq!). On Friday evenings... the entire Island flocks to Oistins for the famous fish fry (as did we on our first trip). Now, We flock (walk 11 steps from our room) to Cafe Luna to listen to some great 70's/80's live music, and dance in front of the bar!!! Save the best review for last? The hotel staff. Let's put it this way. They are unmatched! Talk about making you feel at home! They cater to every need with an extraordinary level of personal and professional attention. They know everything about all things Barbados and can help guide you with any and every need, depending on what it is you want to do... restaurants, beaches, water excursions, sites, tours. They are ALL the loveliest people you'd ever want to meet! When we left this trip to go home... we were all crying!!! (Not something you'd typically experience at the checkout counter at the Hilton!). Confession... our first two trips we sinned... we stayed for 5 days. We repented... this trip we stayed for 10 days! And will never sin again!!! Final note... certainly an important one for travelers. Price/value ratio. Regardless of what type of business one runs... the price/value ratio of what you offer is, in my opinion, the key to gaining repeat business and, consequently, the key to a successful business. The most amazing staff who anticipated our every need! We only had to mention something in passing and it was done! A totally relaxing stay in luxurious surroundings. Exceptional attention to detail. Thank you Sandra - you have an amazing team.

We are so glad we chose Little Arches for our honeymoon hotel. We couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to stay. From start to finish we were made to feel so welcome by everyone and treated like friends. Our room (4) had a beautiful sea view, was spacious and comfortable. The pool area and terrace was quiet and relaxing, loved swinging in the hammock over looking the sea. The team helped us organise some amazing trips in advance and book restaurants for us, great to have the local knowledge! Cafe Luna on the roof was the perfect way to start the day having breakfast and the perfect way to end it with delicious dinners, without having to go anywhere. We cannot thank all the team enough for looking after us so well and for making this an unforgettable holiday and honeymoon. Already planning our return!

Felt very welcome here. Staff were great. As we stayed more than 7 nights breakfast at Cafe Luna was included and was excellent. The pool is small..don't expect to do any lengths. Room was comfortable and well serviced. Beach is a 5 minute walk away and the staff will put out sunbeds and parasols for you. Great stay. We will be back.

This place is absolutely gorgeous with incredible food in a magnificent restaurant with a beautiful view. The staff are so friendly and welcoming .They have a beach 🏖️ you could die for . A great place to visit the island and a lovely rum punch as a welcome. If you have a bucket list this needs to be on it.

Having read all the fantastic reviews on Little Arches leading up to our holiday I guess we wondered how anywhere could be that good. But... it really is!. Everything from the lovely clean spacious room, comfy bed, pool area, amazing local beach, superb food at Cafe Luna and, of course, the wonderful staff, made for a truly memorable stay. We loved the fact that there are only 10 rooms, it made for a much more relaxed and informal atmosphere. Sandra and all the team make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Have already recommended it to family and friends and we really hope to come again.

What a wonderful hotel, staff, and location! We were pampered and our experience was even more amazing than we expected. Kudos to the staff and management team, as it was obvious that excellent service was the top priority. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was the most comfortable that we have slept in. Hope we can come back again someday!

We loved the Little Arches hotel! We stayed for 4 nights in total before and after our trip to Bequia and couldn't have had a better time. Sandra and her team are just wonderful - nothing was a problem, rooms are lovely (we tried 3 different ones!), the pool area is so calming and relaxing - perfect place for a book and cocktail. The hotel is pretty convenient for airport too (15-20 mins) so great as a stop-over if people are flying to another island. Cafe Luna had great breakfast and also really lovely dinners - would highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys again for a wonderful stay!
