Hotel maravilhoso. Acomodações lindas, limpas, com tudo o necessário para o máximo conforto. Possue 21 restaurantes entre os 2 Sandals os quais os hóspedes dos 2 hotéis Sandals podem usufruir. Jardins e recantos belíssimos. Staff educado, gentis e disponíveis todo o tempo para agradar os hóspedes. Foi uma estada muito especial.

Large resort with lots of bars, pools and restaurants. It’s well maintained and in a great position on the south west coast. Other reviews are a little negative in my opinion. The overall quality of the food in all the restaurants were if really high quality and don’t worry if you think the portions can be small as you can just order another course. Service is dependant on where you are as I found all the restaurants were excellent with a slight bad mark for the pool bar staff at the various bars throughout the resort. Not rude, not unpleasant but not friendly either. It’s not a huge issue but it is noticeable. We stayed in the Hawksbill building and though wonderfully clean and well appointed, is starting to look tired and in need of a refresh. Although I wouldn’t visit again, only as I’ve been to Barbados before so feel like I need to discover other islands, I would on the basis of this experience visit another sandals

I have been to multiple Sandals over the years and I will say this one dissappointed me. Staff was very hit or miss from friendly to indifferent to outright rude. Not what I have come to expect from Sandals. It started right from airport drop-off. No greeting, no explanation of where to go and front desk seemed inconvenienced we were there. Chronic towel shortage the entire stay. Staff couldn't keep up with basic resort cleaning and it showed. Dirty pool, dirty glasses and food trays left outside of doors for long periods of time. Lest you think it was all bad, Barbados off resort was great! Super friendly and fun. The beaches are gorgeous and we were lucky to be there with friends that made for a great trip. For the price we paid for this adventure, we were left wanting. I would go back to Jamaica (had a great experience there) or try another Sandals before going back to this one...

We are currently here and having a great time! I have no idea what everyone else is upset about, it does not look like they have a staff shortage, staff are friendly and welcoming. Service is great, beach is amazing and the food is spectacular, we have loved trying all the different restaurants. The food is so good. Pure transparency there were a couple staff that weren’t in a great mood, but you move on. Yes, the rooms could use some updating - but you get full range of two resorts and the grounds are beautiful! We are definitely coming back. Don’t listen to the negative reviews - it’s fun!

Property and amenities were great. Food was top notch however, the employees there were miserable and unwelcoming. Money tends to make the workers appreciate you a little more but not here! It don’t matter how much you gave them, they took it and turned around without even a word of thanks. Pool bar workers were the worst during the day. Lack of workers cleaning left dirty dishes everywhere and towels all over the deck. You don’t get what you pay for as far as service and cleanliness but we met some great people which made our vacation memorable. We won’t go back as other resorts were better than this one.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Food was good, not great, went to Butches chop house, and got a "ribeye", no steak knife given, we saw our waitress once and then never came back rest of our service was done by runners or trainees thay just did not offer the normal level of service from Sandals from our own personal experience, over 60 nights stayed at different Sandals throughout the Caribbean. Rooms needed repair broken tiles in bathroom, shower curtain rod bent down so curtain kept wanting to move with gravity. Tub to shower control button kept launching out when you would turn off the shower off. Towels would not be replaced when housekeeping cleaned the room. Had to keep contacting them to get towels. Supposed to be a umbrella and a luggage caddy in the room took 4 days and multiple attempts to get them back in the room. Wifi was shotty at best, one day with no service at all. Phone in room did not work all week.

We stayed here for a week in November 2024. Location, beach and grounds (ie. landscaping), were all excellent. Food and beverages were very good also. The interiors of this resort are really dated and worn however. Several broken or worn out fixtures in our room. The biggest concern we had was the poor provisioning and supply all around the resort. Tap water pressure is low. There were never enough beach or pool towels available. In the bars there was not enough drink wear forcing the staff to quickly rinse dirty glasses in front of you before preparing your beverage. The restaurants were short of place settings. In our room we only had clean towels for 2 of 7 days forcing us to forage the resort for pool towels to use in our room. After a couple of days the top sheet on our bed was removed for laundering however another sheet was never brought back for our bed. Would definitely seek out a newer and better supplied Sandals resort in the future.

Wish I could leave a good review for our first trip to sandals but I cannot . First off the service was terrible no one even smiled if you asked for anything it was as if you were bothering the staff. Forget getting a towel to shower with they cleaned our room we were a couple. They left us one towel no washcloth no hand towel towels no foot towel. We had to borrow a towel from the people next-door..For three days we had no blanket. Everyone else was telling us they had a blanket. We were sleeping with clean beach towels until I finally caught the girl who was cleaning our room and I said we don’t have a blanket and she said oh I just noticed that let me go get you one.. crystal at the pool bar you couldn’t have been nastier if working with people is not your thing find another job. We paid a decent amount of money the rooms were outdated ceilings were stained and needed to be painted our toilet bowl didn’t work my husband fixed it after every flush even tho we complained no one ever came . The food was honestly the only thing I can say was good . Tony at the omelet station was a joy . Zebe the bartender was a sweetheart . Many of the couples there were complaining about the service saying this was the worst sandals experience . I would have liked to have booked another location but after this experience I think we are done . We tried to speak to a manager but no one was available . Pick another spot if you are thinking about Barbados .

We just spent a blissful week at this property. We had a penthouse seaview suite in the Royal Block which meant despite being a huge complex nothing was more than five minutes away, The entire resort is spotlessly clean and it’s all down to the great effort from the staff who you can see continuously cleaning. Night entertainment was very varied and something different to do every night. Engagement from other couples really added to our time there as most other holidays I have been on people don’t interact, so lovely to chat to otter couples and swap experiences of restaurants etc Food was fabulous, yes some restaurants are non bookable and you have to wait but the trick is to go put your name down an hour before you get hungry and enjoy a drink beforehand!. Overall an extremely positive and enjoyable experience, do not pay any attention to negative reviews here, we experienced the opposite
