Jestem rozczarowany pobytem i jakością obsługi klienta. Zarezerwowałem hotel, gdyż udostępniał darmowe rowery (zapłaciłem więcej niż za inne hotele w Odessie). Jestem zaawansowanym kolażem. Podróżuję przez cały rok, również zimą i nocą. Mam specjalne akcesoria rowerowe umożliwiające mi to. Rezerwację roweru potwierdzałem wielokrotnie e-mailem (ostatnio w dniu zameldowania). Jednak na miejscu odmówiono mi wydania roweru, tłumacząc się złą pogodą. Później, gdy pogoda była już dobra rowery schowano przed gośćmi. Na moją reklamację dostałem poradę, abym pożyczył hulajnogę elektryczną lub udał się na dworzec główny, gdzie jest wypożyczalnia rowerowa. Wszystko oczywiście płatne. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta. Ścieżki rowerowe w Odessie są oświetlone. Po wyjściu z hotelu spotkałem na nich innych rowerzystów i biegaczy, więc pogoda nie była taka zła. Dodatkowo śniadanie było dopiero o 7:30, nie jak w innych hotelach o 6:30. Musiałem o 7:00 się wymeldować, gdyż miałem poranny lot. Luch Box był bardzo skromny. W łazience odpływ wanny był zablokowany przez uszkodzony korek, ale i tak bym nie skorzystał, gdyż nie było ciepłej wody.

We have spent 7 nights at Orange hotel at Hrecheska Street, so it is enough of time to give objective feedback. Hotel based in central location, walking distance to Opera Theater, Deribass, Sea Port, Potemkin stairs. It is mid scale boutique hotel with about 28 rooms. We took junior suite, that was specious enough for family with child, room is complimented with shower amenities, vanity kits, soap in dispensers, sleepers. There is a fridge, safety box, hairdryer. But be minded that not every suit has a kitchen as it advertised, we got junior suite without kitchen. Really good soundproof!!! No elevator, but there is always there for you to help with luggage. Upon request hotel provides umbrellas, bikes, stroller for little ones. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning, and is accompanied with a delicious spread of continental buffet, so there’s lots to indulge in before heading out for the day 🍳🥞 🍯🫐 Big thank you to all personnel😃👍 You guys rock! Reception agents and administrators, Sergei from Security, F&B gang and super attentive room attendants🙏🏼❤️ All of YOU went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable! Points for improvement: weak and fluctuating WiFi connectivity.
