Room is spacious
With onsen. The changing area for women has cigarette smell.
No parking fee

Spacious room and bathroom, but a little old and dusty. Quite a distance from Odate station so will need to catch a bus or prepare for a 20-30 min walk. Helpful staff who guided us where to catch buses.

Hotel facilities are various (Onsen is also provided), located opposit few restaurants and convenient store. Free parking. However, staff cannot enough communicate in English. There is also a cigaratte smell on a non-smokong floor.

Very nice and comfortable stay. The restaurant was reasonably priced. The public bath was lovely. The second parking lot was large and easy to find a space.

ベッドが広くて快適に過ごせましたが、部屋はビジネスホテルの無駄な狭さだったので、子どもはせまーいと残念がってましたが綺麗でいい部屋でした。
温泉は男風呂は狭かったが綺麗でした。
女風呂はちょっと古い感じがあったし狭いってことでしたので嫁さんと意見が割れましたね。
朝食は種類も豊富でそこらへんのビジネスホテルの朝食と比べるとかなり美味しいと思いました！
エレベーターも女風呂もセキュリティキーがあって安心感ありました✨
スタッフの気遣いもあり、全体的に見れば星4くらいのいいホテルかと思います！

今回初めて利用させていただきました。
館内、部屋共に清潔感がありました。大浴場も良かったでした。欲を言えば大浴場にもバスタオルがおいてあれば・・と思いました。
朝食も思ったより充実してましたし、美味しかったです。

大館市内のホテル料金は都内並みに高い。前にコンビニがあるホテルはグランドパークのみ。朝食は美味しいが料金の高さに見合ったクオリティーはない。
