I felt that the place was cleaner than other reviews because it seemed like they had recently remodeled. However, I found the shower to be a bit inconvenient because the drainage wasn't working properly. Additionally, I don't understand why the housekeeping started knocking on the door as early as 9am. I would prefer if they did housekeeping after the checkout time.

Beds were very comfortable, room size was great. Everything is a bit outdated and room service for cleaning was difficult to get. Bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan, water pressure was equivalent to a power washing machine. Overall a functional room that needs to be modernized.

The front desk staff are not friendly and the room service is not clean. There were no smiling, friendly staff, the air conditioner in the room was too loud, and there was a smell every time the air conditioner worked, so we had to turn it off.

The hotel could use some upgrading; the furniture is very dated. The fact that it had a restaurant was great because he weather was bad Friday (2/23) night. I wish I would have gotten our servers name (short gentlemen with dark hair and beard) because he was fantastic and did everything alone. He set up the bar, delivered our food and drinks, you name it; all with an awesome, nice demeanor. The breakfast coupon was a bit confusing because online I think it said it was included but then was told that it depends on what package you purchased. I don't recall seeing an option to add breakfast. There was an older lady who worked constantly while we were there, vacuuming, mopping and placing luggage carts under the stairs who was very friendly.

Part of a longer trip and only stayed one night. It was close to the interstate and east to find and easy to get back onto the interstate next day.

Interior was very dated and furniture run down and scarred. Place was clean, and the shower reminded me of the kind I used at a National Park campground. Place seemed well lit in parking lot, restaurant was limited and did not include breakfast.
