Great service and attention to details that make ones stay memorable. Dinners were top class, levelled to some world’s best restaurants. Good wine selection and a knowledgeable sommelier to advice you. The staff went above our expectations even if we regretfully dont speak German. From check -in, to sharing information about the area sights and in-house activities. The spa was lovely. Just get acquainted with German spa etiquette first. Highly recommend massages.

Superb stay, we had a great time from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted by the hotel staff, who showed us around bevor taking us to the bar for a welcome drink. What hit us right away, was the amazing views from the bar. Big panoramic windows gäbe us a great view of the 20 meter long panoramic pool and the surrounding mountains. We could even see our ski slope, the tickets for which are included in the price. The room was stunning, very comfortable with amazing views. We could see the sun rise above the mountains while lying in bed. The Wellness facilities were great as well, a decent choice of saunas, the highlight being the two panoramic saunas with views over the valley and mountains. From a culinary perspective, it left little to be desired. Breakfast was amazing, great selection which leaves nothing to be desired. Lunch was usually on the lighter size, but very tasty. The highlight was the evening menu. You have a choice of three starters, three mains, and a dessert or two. And don't worry if you can't decide on a course. You can choose everything on the menu if like me, you bring good appetite. We can't wait to return, a great stay and great value for what you get! Thanks very much for the great stay

Our room was stunning, plenty of space very comfortable bed, great facilities and the most amazing views. We could see the sun rise above the mountains while lying in bed. The spa area was great as well, a very good choice of saunas, the highlight being the two panoramic saunas with views over the valley and mountains and of course the before mentioned pool. From a culinary perspective, it left little to be desired. Breakfast was amazing, great selection which leaves nothing to be desired. Lunch was usually on the lighter size, but very tasty. Followed by cakes and coffee in the afternoon. That said, the highlight was the evening menu. You have a choice of three starters, three mains, and a dessert or two. There is always a vegetarian, fish and meat option. And don't worry if you can't decide on a course. You can choose everything on the menu if like me, you bring good appetite. The cocktails at the bar in the evening were very good as well. We can't wait to return, a great stay and great value for what you get! Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel, unser Hund war auch willkommen. Rund um das Hotel hat es ideale Gassimöglichkeiten. Tolle Suiten, wunderbare Alleinlage und herzliche Mitarbeiter! Die Kulinarik lässt auch für Vegetarier keine Wünsche offen.

Tolles Wellnesshotel, wunderbare Wellnesslandschaft, toller Pool, schönes Zimmer, ganzes Hotel sehr schön eingerichtet, tolles Frühstück und Abendessen und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, leider fast zu kurz, wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir haben lange nach einem ebenbürdigen Hotel bei uns in der Nähe zu unserem Liebligshotel im Südtirol gesucht und nun, hier im Bergkristall vermutlich gefunden🤩 Da ist es uns nun möglich auch mal nur für eine kurze Auszeit vorbei zu kommen, ins Südtirol fahren wir viel länger.

Wohlfühlen, kulinarische Verwöhnen Nettes Personal, einfach geniessen. Ruhige Lage, Golfplätze in der Umgebung. Schöne Zimmer und Wellness&SPA. Preislich eher etwas höher aber man erhält dafür wirklich viel.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel, das einzige was gut war, war die Aussicht! Wir waren untergebracht in der Lodge Zimmerpreis € 786,00 pro Tag Der Badboden war mit einemThermostat nicht regelbar. Das Zimmer war sehr heiss, da keine Beschattung vorhanden war. Grundsätzlich war das Essen eine große Katastrophe. Mittags gab es ein Gericht meistens nicht genießbares Fleisch, zäh und kalt. Abends konnte man keine Änderungswünsche äußern, zb Nudel statt Kartoffeln, war nicht möglich. Alle Änderungen wurden nur gegen Aufpreis akzeptiert. Wir sind nach drei Tagen vorzeitig abgereist und haben dann noch für die Resttage 60 Prozent des Zimmerpreises bezahlt. Wir waren von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht!!!! Nie wieder Hotel Bergkristall, Oberstaufen !!!!!!

Ein sensationelles Hotel mit einer Traumaussicht. Wir durften den Kurztrip in diesem Hotel verbringen. Meine Frau und ich haben unseren Jubiläum Hochzeitstag in diesem feiern. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alle Wünsche erfüllt,damit wir den Tag so richtig im Hotel und im Spa geniessen konnten. Am Abend wurden wir im Restaurant herzlich empfangen und konnten das herrliche Essen geniessen. Das Zimmer Säntis mit seinem Blick in die Natur erfüllte alle Wünsche. Besten Dank dem ganzen Team.

Wir waren im März zu Gast bei Familie Lingg, gebucht hatten wir eine Natursuite. In allen (!) Bereichen setzt das Hotel Bergkristall neue Maßstäbe: die Gestaltung der Suiten und die dabei verwendeten Materialien, Design und Haptik gehen Hand in Hand. Der Wellnessbereich ist sensationell, vielseitig, alles eingebettet in die wunderschöne Natur, großzügig und nie überlaufen. Den modernen Komplex mit Infinitypool stimmig an das Bestandsgebäude anzubauen ist den Architekten absolut gelungen. Die Behandlungen waren wohltuend und professionell. Überhaupt das Personal, immer freundlich, immer professionell, dezent und unauffällig werden anfällige Arbeiten erledigt, man hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Für uns die größte Freude waren die täglichen Mahlzeiten: wir haben noch nie in einem Hotel so gut gegessen. Absolute Spitzenküche!!! Ob Frühstück, Mittagssnack oder Abendessen, alles perfekt. Regionale Speisen, hohe Qualität der Nahrungsmittel, sensationelles Design und top Handwerk beim abendlichen fünf Gang Menü. Großartige Weinkarte. Und dann schmeckt es auch noch, was soll man noch sagen… absolut himmlisch. Familie Lingg hat definitiv begriffen, wie die Zukunft des Tourismus aussehen sollte: Familiengeführt, individuell, Qualität und Design in möglichst unverbauter Natur. Großzügige und zugängliche Gastgeber, wie schön, dass die Jüngeren das Haus weiterführen werden. Es hilft natürlich auch, dass Hansi der Hirsch sein Rudel täglich am Hotel spazieren führt… :) Preis & Leistung stimmen, gutes Personal & herausragendes Niveau müssen bezahlt werden.
