Are you looking for your second home in Turkey and Alanya? Well you have found it! Who would have thought that a hotel in Alanya has one of the best services I have ever encountered on my travels around the world. The hotel is not only nice as you can see from the pictures, but has that little extra that most other hotels lack and that is soul! On arrival, I am greeted by the world's most cheerful receptionist who tells me that if there is anything I need or can't find, let me know and we will sort it out for you. Not even hotels I've been to in Dubai and the US have genuinely asked me about this! I cannot compare Sette Serenity hotels with my favorites in the world which are: Marrol's Boutique Hotel in Slovakia's capital Bratislava, Taj Lands End in India, Mr. C Beverly Hills in the USA and Hotel Al Codega Venezia in Italy, BUT it is certainly not far from and a hotel you will feel good at because the wonderful owner who runs this hotel! You will also meet the owner here and is an outstanding team-builder who manages all the wonderful and cheerful people in the restaurant, the breakfast room, the bar and who keeps your room tidy so you feel exactly this "come-home-to-your-other- home! Would also like to thank you for the nice gesture of a drink after a great day out in Alanya, yes they can really charm in a pleasant and effortless way! At the very end all the girls who were so pleasant, professional, helpful with all the guests and made even the "sad" guest from Norway there laugh! The bar will have a very special THANK YOU for pleasant conversations, together with the very best Mojito drink! And the service I have ever seen a room can shine around the world until now☆ Are you also lucky and get the same contact, yes you know what I mean☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you !! Rune H.

Upon arrival everything looked great. They gave us our room earlier than expected and everything started off good. On day 1 after waking up, we noticed the bathroom roof was leaking. We tried to tell the reception this, but they could not speak english. After 3 days of complaining, and me getting aggressive, they finally changed our room. We now got a room for smokers, wich is very smelly and bad, expecially when we don't smoke. I again went down and told them that I want a different room, a clean one. And my girlfriend has asthma, so the room is dangerous for her. They just kept telling us; "tomorrow" The next day, I went down hard and yelled at them. They said sorry, gave us a different room and upgraded us to "all inclusive" Nice gesture you would imagine? The food at the hotel gave me diahrea for 7 days straight. And on top of that, our 3rd room also leaked from the ceiling in the bathroom. I just gave up when I heard other guests complain about the same thing. This hotel made me to nevee ever going back to Alanya. This is a 3stars hotel at best. And a BAD one also. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Like one man said - this hotel has something that many other hotels are lacking - soul. Felth like second home. Felth like family. So friendly and naturally cheerful. There is also a parrot here and few cats, it makes this place even more cozy. They are so nice with animals and guests, tries cheering everyone up. They are just naturally very pleasant people to be around. One staff member celebrated her birthday here and everyone greeted her with so much warmth. They even gave guests some free cake to celebrate. All family members and kids gathered and it made me feel so alive and grateful for the things that really matter - family, friends and everyone around us. Im sure to come back here some day! By the way... THE FOOD IS EVERYTHING HERE! Big variety, everyday something new and very tasty! I hope they will never change this cause that also left me the biggest impression on this hotel! Yes, it aint super fancy, but it has life, meaning, cozy taste to it and I will always choose this. You really won my heart on this. Very sad to leave, but I've got some meaningful answers to take home, and its a big THANKS to the people working at this hotel. Dont forget the bond you have with each other, cherish these connections and this hotel will always stay alive with happiest guests that can have a little of that happiness that you share. I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and new. The pool is small but it wasn't a problem for me. I preferred the beach of Blue Diamond Alya hotel as the beach. The beach was beautiful. There could have been a little more variety in the breakfast, I can't say I liked it very much. Overall I was satisfied.

The staff was friendly and the cleaning worked. The hotel was nicely intimate and in a quiet location. Pool area ok. However, it was a very short distance to the beach and shops could be found around the corner.😊 Minus: I was disappointed with the food supply and level. Cold food was allowed to warm up on the table without a cold tray for hours. 😬 Would you like to eat yogurt or a mayonnaise-based salad that has warmed up on the table? Also, I was sad because of the parrot. Day after day in a small cage greeting guests without any other stimulation.

Perfect localization very tasty and wide variety of food kind people i would very recommend this hotel for couple or group of friends. In my opinion this hotel has everything you would like on your vacation in Turkey

People here are amazing, great music at night on the bar, very nice bartender and all staff! Fantastic pool and drinks:) Everything is okay and i have No negative words for this hotel so you have to visit this place definitly

Best hotel in Alanya, with kind and helpful service. Also they have here great food and drinks such like these below. Moreover, you could take a photo with a funny parrot in the reception its an amazing experience haha
