Mixed feelings. The most upsetting problem is that every night after 10 pm the bartender on the terrace says “one person one drink”. On all inclusive. Receptionists are not helpful. When checking out i asked one of them to cut off the armband and the scissor was thrown on the desk by him. Lady with the towels downstairs is RUDE! Doesn’t even says hello and always stares at you like it’s a problem to ask for towels. Phone in the room does not work! The safe is an extra, which is outrageous! The A/C is from the USSR, no remote control and no fan modes. If you do not want to get cold by AC in your face the whole time, you have to manually move the propeller up. Breakfasts are the same every day, soups cause you diarrhea for like a month. The “snack bar” on the terrace is terrible, the only good stuff is the old lady in the tent, making Fresh turkish bread. You should tip her. I always give some tips for the bartenders from time to time, and all i want in return is a smile whenever i order something. Well, the staff manager in white polo shirt wouldn’t even smile for god’s sake. Moreover, he makes rude facial expressions. Not nice. Rooms are fine, bed is comfy and the maids always smile. If you leave some dollars on the bed, they are thankful and you see it the way they clear the room -which they do all day, so if you leave your room in the afternoon, its fine. You’ll find your room clean afterwards. Food is boring and not really turkish - or anything, so if you are a foodie, you should choose something else. Beach is nice but the tunnel - even if they Tell you before - is strange. Streets in the area are full of markets and restaurants - one in front of the hotel has fine hamburgers. Animation team is nice but tired, because there is like ten of them. The big boy from Jamaica who always speaks in the microphone is funny and a good dancer. Enjoyed him. Overall, its a good hotel (BUT VERY FAR AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT, like 3 hours) but if you’be been in better places before, you’ll notice the missing details. Dont visit White Gold Hotel with high expectations, then you wont be disappointed and then you can enjoy your stay.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star one, so if you’re planning on booking it because of that reason, then I wouldn’t bother. The quality and variety of the food is not good, at lunch and dinner it’s basically different types of stews which isn’t ideal to eat in the heat. The food is also rarely ever labelled and there is so much cross contamination with the ladles so I would be very cautious if you have allergies/dietary requirements. The wifi is awful unless you sit in the atrium, which is meant to have a staffed bar during the day however nobody was ever there when we wanted a drink. It’s incredibly difficult to get a sun lounger in the morning, we spoke to another couple who said they saw somebody claiming sunbeds at 5:30. When I did manage to secure a sun bed, some people had claimed them very early in the morning but then didn’t come out until the afternoon to even use them. There are additional sun loungers on the beach but then you don’t have access to the all inclusive drinks/food. Really they should have some staff who take and bring drink orders for those who are at the beach. Their cocktails on offer are basically just mixers with a bit of coloured syrup in and they will only provide the drinks listed and aren’t very flexible for wanting things with a different drink or in a different glass. The staff are a mixed bag, some are quite standoffish, some are very helpful and others cross the line and are a bit too friendly. Given that it is meant to be a 5 star resort, I would expect that the staff would be able to speak a wide variety of languages rather than only Turkish as when I have stayed at previous 5 star hotels, they have spoken Spanish, Italian, French, German, English and many other languages. The spa downstairs in the hotel is lovely and probably one of the few positives about the place, I had the medical package which I enjoyed. Overall, I definitely would not recommend this hotel and definitely will not be going back as it is not the 5 star experience that it advertises.

The hotel doesn’t speak much English, when we arrived at 2am (due to delays) the 1st things they said was we should have been there the day before!!! Then do we want to upgrade our room for 10 euros a day as our room wasn’t good (our room was nice) I said no thank you I’ll keep what I booked, then they said we were only booked in for 6 nights not 7!! That we’d paid for, when we got up in the morning I spoke to the hotel manager & they had my old dates (our flight was changed the year before & our tour operator had confirmed all the changes) the manager said I could book the extra night for 90 euros (I’d already paid for it as booked 7 nights.. he said he’d get onto my tour operator… I got onto our tour operator & they sorted it out as it was the hotel that was at fault… the hotel tried to make at they’d sorted it but they didn’t know I’d spent 2 hrs on live chat sorting it out… have to admit that it did ruin our 1st day of our holiday) the food is horrible & we ate out every day, the all in bars are only available if you can find it open & you like vodka, local beer, cheap wine or soft drinks.. definitely not a 5⭐️ more like a 3⭐️ area is nice, beach is ok but very stoney, the rooms are nice but showing signs of aging & the towels & beding are changed every 3 days, the spa is nice, we booked a top spa treatment each (over 2 hrs) but the masseuses don’t speak much English so the lady who was with my husband didn’t fully understand that he was in pain whilst having the treatments (at one point he could hardly walk and had to be moved to the relaxation room for things to settle… we flagged up our health issues before we booked the treatment) would recommend the Turkish bath…they did offer us 3 more massages with complimentary face packs for 100 euros each (but we decided against it after my husbands experience) .. if you like sunbathing by the pool there’s only about 40-50 sun loungers so you need to be quick each morning, the hotel will loan you beach towels for a deposit of 10 euros each (we bought ours from 1 of the shops outside the hotel for 10 euros each… the hotel is clean & overall is a nice hotel they just need to address a few issues, lack of English is definitely an issue, the food needs looking at (hubby isn’t a fussy eater but this is the 1st hotel we’ve stayed at that the foods been soo bad) the hotel is approximately 3-4 hrs from the airport… yes I’d probably stay here again but would only use the hotel as a base & eat out for lunch & dinner (breakfast I can deal with as I found the fresh roll & cheese was ok) … the hotel entertainment is quite energetic (around the pool daily with water volleyball & exercises) evening entertainment is load … goes on from around 9-930 to 1130-midnight (we went away to relax & unwind so didn’t use the entertainment) … also a lot of the shops including the hotel prices everything in euros (if you pay via debit card it’s then converted to Turkish lira.. but they use a slightly higher exchange rate than t

Pláž pěkná s pozvolným vstupem do moře. Shrnutí Plusy- dobrá poloha , čistota, pěkné pokoje, velmi příjemný a nápomocný personál Zápory - stále stejné jídlo, málo lehátek u bazénu,na mě hlučná hudba u bazénu, animační tým toho moc nevymyslel Hotel White gold & spa Alanya - Both I have to praise the staff, especially at the reception, we arrived at the hotel at half past 10 in the evening, they immediately welcomed us, took our suitcases and told us to go have dinner after a long journey, that we would do the paperwork after the meal. Accommodation went smoothly, we paid $17 for a safe for 7 days. They offered towels for the pool for a deposit of €10, they connected us to WiFi, which only worked at the reception and weakly in the room, but it was free. The hotel and the room were clean, adequate, cleaning was done every day, towels were changed once every 3 days. Food, there was breakfast, lunch, then a snack bar, ice cream, tea at five o'clock with biscuits and then dinner. Unfortunately, the food was mostly the same every day, except for one day when it was Turkish night, which was kebab. The pool seemed small for a large number of guests and even fewer sunbeds, on the other hand, there were plenty of sunbeds on the beach, even on the pier that belongs to the hotel. The beach does not have a bar, only a drink machine and a coffee machine in the underpass. The beach is nice with a gradual entrance to the sea. Summary Pros - good location, cleanliness, nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff Cons - still the same food, few sunbeds by the pool, loud music at the pool for me, the animation team didn't do much

For our first family vacation we chose this hotel. The hotel was beautiful and our room were always clean. The food was very tasty with a lot options to choose. Every day we had a lot of fun and full of activities with the animation Team , espacially Murat. The beach was feew meters fromn the hotel. Water was clean and warm in the sea, also in the hotel pool. Only negative was a long transport to airport and flight delays. Overall, we really enjoyed our first turkish Vacation in the White gold hotel. Definitely not for the last time :)

Our stay at the White Gold Hotel was very enjoyable and fun. Just next to the sea, which was super clean. The room was nice but could be cleaned more often. Great selection of food every day. The thing that could be improved was the labelling of the meals which was often lacking. Nice animation team prepared programs both during the day and in the evening. A new experience for me was chatting with one of the team member Murat using google translator. In the end, however, we got along quite well and had a nice chat. Overall a positive experience.

We settled in White Gold from 14 th October till 11th November , 2022, that is actually 4 weeks , 28 days. from the positive: good location of the hotel, the sea is located across the road, there is an underground passage for safe passage across the road . The room is good with west facing side view of the sea. If we talking about the relative to the room I can say that there is a necessary electric kettle in the room, cups for tea or coffee , shampoo/gel/lotion for daily wash and of course daily cleaning of the room. It can be mentioned to be very good cleaning. But the mattress is hard , the pillows after a long wash, they lost the softness, because they are very knocked down hard. Chief and cooks are trying within the budget allocated to them but the budget is most likely very limited. therefore there is not much variety in the hotel almost. Once a week there is a Turkish night, so in that day is an awesome dinner. But mostly meager breakfast and monotonous eggs soy sausages are tasteless. moreover, The spa service is times higher than the cost in other places in the city massage here is offered $/€ 45, while in the city in any other massage parlor it costs $ 15 /20 but that's not all the hotel presents itself as a five-star hotel but there is an announcement in the sauna that the sauna is available to visit only from 9-11. That is a question arises for the administration if you present yourself as a five-star hotel in where all inclusive, why such restrictions, I think that this infringes on the rights of all vacationers, it should be noted that the replacement of towels is one a day. in a five-star hotel, a deposit is charged for towels of 20 €, a deposit is charged for issuing a second plastic card and attention paid the safe at two euros per day, this is generally a paradox it is nonsense that in a five-star hotel is offered for an additional charge, so draw your own conclusions whether you should go to such a five-star hotel or not thanks for your attention.
