I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at BluWave Hotel, as well as the inadequate support provided by Loveholidays. Upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not match the photos presented on the website. We were forced to pay extra for services that were not clearly communicated beforehand. Furthermore, the safety and hygiene standards were unacceptable. The balcony door was broken, the rooms were dirty, and the furniture was both damaged and filthy. Despite contacting the hotel manager and Loveholidays multiple times during our stay, nothing was resolved. In addition, the communication from Loveholidays has been unhelpful and misleading. My concerns were either ignored or met with irrelevant responses, and to date, no action has been taken to resolve the situation. Given this experience, I cannot recommend either the BluWave Hotel or Loveholidays. The lack of transparency, poor service, and substandard accommodations are unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues so that future customers do not face the same difficulties.
