Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Another lovely stay at this lovely hotel this is our second time here what more do you want food and drinks all day until 12 . The breakfast starts 7 to 930 then it’s late breakfast till 10 then you have 11s you have lunch 1230 to 230 then it 4 o’clock tea and cakes evening tea starts 630 finishes at 830 then you have 1130 late nite soup and there lovely bread . If you just want a snack there is a gusto snack bar that is open at 11 am till 5 pm by the swimming pool and there is another swimming pool at the front where u can have pizza and hotdogs and beer or any drinks at the other pool there is a kids big slides in the pool and there is another bar and at the other pool by the gusto snack bar there is another bar where u get free ice creams between 3 and 5 pm from that pool you can just walk under the subway and there is there beach with sun beds and free food there is another shack there with really nice food and drinks there what you have to pay for but very cheep and there is a toilet there as well on the beach there is showers so you can wash yourself off before you go back to the hotel. The hotel has some small shops by the gusto bar that you can buy all different stuff from a hairdressers and nails and tattoos. The restaurant is on the first floor of the second building after the lobby the food was very good there is so much to choose from there is an outside bit where they cook stuff was very nice . There is a à la cart restaurant on the next to the restaurant you can go to free once a week. This hotel is absolutely very clean there is cleaners cleaning inside the hotel and out all the time You won’t find any dirt or anything anywhere in the hotel it is spotless there is loads of toilets everywhere all so clean. If you need any drinks from any bar you just have to put your hand up they will bring you whatever you want and the staff are all very polite and helpful the whole hotel staff and the hotel is excellent. Outside the hotel if you like markets where you can get some bargains if you turn right out of the hotel walk straight down the road there it is 50 yards on a Monday and on a Thursday if you turn right out the hotel go to the end of the road turn right you will be able to see it as it is in a different place on a Thursday. If you wanted to go into the alanya with all the shops you can catch the bus if u turn left out of the hotel there is a bus stop at the end of the road it costs 30 p to go there the bus number is 101 or 1 or 20 but if you want to walk it along the side of the beach it a nice walk it takes about a hour but a nice walk. You can see a castle on the rocks of alanya what you get up to by cable car what costs about 6 quid but it’s lovely up there and a lovely view and down in the docks there are loads of pirates ships you can go on trips for the day what are cheap . If the buses are to busy when you want to go back you can catch a taxi for about 5 to 6 euro what is cheap takes about 5 minutes if you want to go to r

Disgusting hotel. Not even 3stars hotel. Have problems with mold, smell, urine smell in rooms. No wifi in rooms, we change two rooms second and 4 floor. Food awful, had diarrhoea all our holidays, and we eat only dinners. Food don't even have name next to Entertainments awful. Drinks awful You can get any space next to the pool because people getting there 3-4am and putting belongings on beds. Reception all gang awful. Manager cant even come out of the room, because every 10min people been asking change rooms or why room is not ready 3pm on people arrival day. Couldn’t book any additional restaurant due “full already” so you have to book before arrival Going to Turkey every year, and first tkme experienced this comedy. If you going first time, never been and experienced Turkish high standards maybe you will enjoy to clean your guts with diarrhoea and urine smell in the room. One positive thing its was beach nothing else. Feel sorry for all people who will be going there. Beach dont have bar how they saying in description. Its another hotel bar where you need to pay.l for everything, also in the beach they have only fizzy drinks machine. Please see pictures 5stars hotel

Not a five star. Upon arrival we were shown to our room which was really dirty, toilet unclean, shower not working and full of mould. When we complained we were offered to swap rooms but decided to upgrade to a deluxe as it was my birthday trip and I wanted a nice room, this was €120. I expected the standard room to be nice as it’s a 5 star hotel but they are not. The entire hotel has a mould problem, the ceilings have water dripping off them in the corridors with black mould around the fans. The hotel is not clean and the housekeepers do not clean the rooms during your stay, beds were not changed for 7 days. The staff are quite rude (not all) but most, the language barrier didn’t bother me as I don’t expect people to speak English in another country but they don’t smile or say hello, they just scowl at you and aren’t helpful. The food is not good, I expected more and the dining room is chaos, some evenings I couldn’t get a seat and never bothered with breakfast as it was cereal, salad or chips? The pool areas are nice but sun bed wars every day. There is a tunnel to a private section of the beach which is nice and probably the best thing about the hotel. The drink selection is abysmal. Hotel is full of Germans who are beyond rude and shove into you. Read google reviews as they are more truthful and if your looking for a luxury break this is not the place. T

Very clean hotel Good service 10/10 Good slides for kids Snack bar is amazing Food is bearable Late night dinner has less options could be more things Atmosphere is amazing Best location right next to the beach and has many shops around and in the hotel

We’ve just spent 10 days at this amazing hotel. We loved everything about it, great choice of food, super friendly staff and a great location. A special mention to sude who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be looking to revisit in the future
