Only a handful of staff is polite, friendly, and professional. The rest are rude and dismissive. Pictures posted are absolutely not recent. The pool is filthy, hot tub is drained and gross, back security door is broken, the washing machines and dryers don't work yet no laundry service is provided as it states when booking,
elevator smells of urine more often then not, and businesses center they claim to have consists of providing an email to have documents printed if needed. During our stay, a car was stolen from the parking lot (mind you, there's always a security guard at the entrance) as well as a guest room being robbed.

I thought this hotel had a shuttle and it starts at 7 am and my flight left at that time therefore I had to pay for a Uber then the room had a bad smell to it and we were adjacent to another room which connected with ours my sister said she kept hearing knocking on the door but other then that the employees were very helpful

Honestly the hotel itself is a trip to be inside first of all. I didnt know whether or not our car was going to get *****ped of it's parts like all the ones directly outside of the gates. There was a shooting close by that was fun, the staff were friendly they didn't have some of the easiest people to deal with but they were amazing people. It's would be a great hotel if it wasn't for the surrounding area, the elevator being difficult, and some of the people, we saw someone get arrested so that was fun.

Não nos hospedamos , pois ficamos com muito medo , pois na frente do hotel tem vários carros com pessoas estranhas morando dentro deles . Nunca imaginei ver isto nos EUA . Não é culpa do hotel e sim de política pública. Mas infelizmente sem condições, teria um compromisso a noite, e não teria condições de voltar

We stayed in the "recently renovated rooms" on the third floor. And showers barely worked. Was scalding or cold, almost impossible to get an in-between. Hot tub was closed, key card readers barely worked and had to get keys three times before we got one that would even let us in the room. Elevator sounded like it was hanging on by a thread and the road leading to the hotel felt like skid row

I was thoroughly impressed by the stay. While the neighborhood may not be the best, they have a completely fenced parking lot, and the entrance has a security guard from 5pm to 9am. It’s good to stay at a place in the Bay Area where your car window is protected overnight. Hotel itself was fine for the price, no complaints.

The girl at the desk was amazing! Loved the shampoo set up in bathroom. Only issue was just one thin blanket on the bed needed a comforter and the breakfast had lots of bread for toast but no muffins besides the homeless camp out side the gate. Hotel did great job making the guests feel safe with the security out side the gate
